Casa Sanchez is the most authentic Mexican restaurant in Rome. I've been there several times and would return again and again.

A place close to my heart: attentive and meticulous service, excellent food, and a great value for money.

A very charming place, with delicious and unique dishes. The off-menu options with daily specials are excellent. Excellent service.

A truly excellent experience at this Mexican restaurant! We ate exquisitely: carefully crafted dishes, rich in flavor, and prepared with quality ingredients, creating an authentic culinary experience. The drinks were also top-notch, well-made and truly excellent. A great added bonus was the staff: extremely kind, friendly, and always attentive, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the evening. I highly recommend this place to anyone, both locals and those visiting from out of town looking for a pleasant evening of good food and conviviality. We'll definitely be back!

[Italian version follows] This is a really special place. It's hard to know whether to start with the food or the people, because both are truly exceptional. Ok, food… elevated street tacos and burritos —all the classics, cooked by Señora Sanchez and her team, served with care. Delicious, every bite. And can't forget the margaritas…perfect. But the people here are what takes this place over the top. The place exudes good vibes. We were welcomed like long lost family on our first visit. And then, midway through our meal something really special happened. A gentleman down on his luck approached the staff with a request for some help. We watched this happen, and saw Mrs Sanchez herself quietly prepare him a full meal at no cost. These are the kinds of establishments that create community. The food is fantastic but they serve a lot more than tacos and burritos here—kindness, generosity and good vibe are on the menu too! This will be a regular spot for us going forward. — This is a truly special place. It's hard to know where to start—the food or the people—because both are truly exceptional. Okay, the food… street tacos and buritos elevated to something more—all the classics, cooked by Mrs. Sanchez and her team, served with care. Delicious, every bite. And let's not forget the margaritas… perfect. But it's the people here that make this place extraordinary. The place exudes good vibes. We were welcomed like family from our first visit. And then, halfway through our meal, something truly special happened. A man in distress approached the staff asking for help. We witnessed the scene, and watched Mrs. Sanchez herself calmly prepare a full meal for him, asking for nothing in return. These are the places that build community. The food is fantastic, but they serve so much more than tacos and burritos—kindness, generosity, and human warmth are also on the menu. It will definitely become a regular place for us.
