15/02/2025: Tortellini with dried ham filling, and it's not a cooking mistake because the pasta would have melted. Bagged inside the fridge without me seeing them, they were with the red paste.... not at my request. Chaotic service as the manager spoke on the phone loudly causing panic to the lady who was having problems with the scales, I think the economic part should be done in the other room keeping food papers away.

31/03/2025: Il rider non aveva il resto nonostantel’app dia la possibilità di comunicare l’importo a disposizione. Ho chiamato il locale per chiedere spiegazioni e sono stato aggredito da un componente del personale, che ha scaricato sull’app tutta la colpa, non solo non preoccupandosi minimamente del disagio al cliente, ma inveendo contro di me con insulti di ogni sorta. Una maleducazione e un’incuria verso il cliente inaccettabili.

31/03/2025: The rider didn't have change even though Glovo gives the possibility to communicate the amount available. I called the place to ask for explanations and I was attacked by a member of staff, who unloaded all the blame on Glovo, not only not caring in the least about the inconvenience to the customer, but railing against me with insults of all sorts. An unacceptable rudeness and carelessness towards the customer.

01/03/2025: Go for a drink with friends, you can't book a table inside even though we had called several times and when we arrived there upon request we were told to wait for one to become available. Very uncourteous waiter who allows himself to express unsolicited opinions/comments when asked if a certain drink can be ordered. The place is very nice and you can stay there, but if you want to maintain this high atmosphere perhaps more courteous waiters should be a requirement.

01/10/2024: Yesterday at 9.50pm I called Lemoncocco because, in 2024, they had NOT written their timetable anywhere. A lady replied saying that they would close at 11pm, and I pointed out to her that the time was reported WRONG on various sites (even famous ones). At 10.49pm I'm there.. and it's CLOSED. This is the problem when your product is good but you DON'T WANT TO WORK, nor do you have respect for your customers. I would have given at least two stars, but since I had also contacted them for the opening hours... it's right.

24/09/2024: I thought it was a lemon coconut drink, but I think it also has almonds in it. Personally, this was a new discovery. Also this place is close to the Coppedè District, so I think it would be a good idea to stop here.

20/03/2025: I ordered from the site by paying via PayPal with successful payment, shortly after I received the text message from Glovo that the order had been taken care of and that the delivery would be at 9.20pm. I waited until 9.50pm. I tried calling the pizzeria but only the answering machine answered, no one let me know anything, neither an email to report that the order had been canceled nor a call. My order was not delivered and no one notified me…. I think it doesn't cost anything to pick up the phone and let us know, or it would be enough to send an automatic email notifying you of the canceled order, but I understand that it's too difficult...

10/02/2025: I can't give stars, the only star I can give is for the food because it's really good but for the service if there was less than zero I would give that. My boyfriend and I arrived at around 9.25pm, seeing that it was still open, we went in together with other gentlemen. The gentlemen were served and we were told that they were closing. The girl kept making faces and snorting all the time, exclaiming we have to close otherwise I won't come home again. I hope none of you do my job. Without words, a very rude and grumpy girl. We had a very bad time. I would say to change the people and get someone more smiling. you don't behave like this with customers.

27/10/2024: You come by at 5pm and have 3 trays of pizza. You come by at 8pm and always have the same 3 trays of pizza. To drink only a few bottles of beer and only one brand, 2 bottles of water and one of Fanta. The broken bathroom.

16/03/2025: Outrageous prices. Over €21 per kg for the pumpkin and anchovies pizza and over €17 per kg for the margherita, seem really too much to me. Absolutely avoid.

04/03/2025: I went to this bakery to try their frappe and castagnole, which are described as the best. While I was there, I also bought a piece of red pizza, a pretzel and some rye bread. Let me start by saying that the prices are decidedly high, but at least the baked goods turned out to be good. The frappe, however, were a disappointment: they seemed raw and covered in an excessive amount of sugar, so much so that they were unpleasant in the mouth. However, what struck me in a negative way was the service. The sales assistants were rude and unprofessional. When I asked to handle the frappe more delicately to prevent them from breaking, I was rudely told that I shouldn't teach them the job. An inappropriate and out of place attitude for those who work in contact with the public. It's a shame, because the quality of some products is there, but the overall experience was really unpleasant.
