I ordered a pizza via Too Good To Go and went to pick it up, only to be treated with rudeness and complete lack of basic service. When I politely asked if they could warm the pizza, the staff refused, claiming that if I had ordered directly from Storm, it would've been fine, but since I used Too Good To Go, I don't deserve the same treatment. This is not just disappointing, it's absurd. Cold pizza, unhelpful staff, and a condescending attitude. If you're looking to be disrespected and served unheated leftovers, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay away. What was even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were cold, dismissive, and clearly more interested in closing early than helping customers. It's shocking that a chain store in Rome allows such unprofessional behavior to represent their brand. If you care about your reputation, you need to train your staff properly and hire people who actually understand customer service. 09/05/2025: Too overrated and those who say it's the best ice cream shop in the area have evidently either never tasted other ice creams or they also eat stones. Tasteless ice cream, "sour" cream that smelled like hell, not to mention the prices! €2.50 the baby cone gives a taste to my son... the prices are absolutely not justified... the use of the raw material certainly has a cost but here we are selling pure gold.

21/07/2025: Il pesce non proprio freschissimo e poco saporito. Tutto troppo condito, verosimilmente per coprire la qualità del pesce non proprio elevata. Seghetto alle vongole sembrava più pasta all'olio e ben poche vongole nel piatto. Tonnarelli allo scoglio un po' meglio. Un po' più saporiti ma niente di che. Anche qui un po' pepato da coprire quel poco di sapore del pesce. Andata poco meglio con la grigliata di pesce un po' più saporita ma anche questo senza entusiasmo. Avremmo provato il dolce ma il personale a fine serata non si era più visto e, avendo già atteso un bel po', ci abbiamo rinunciato. Non vale certo il posto in classifica TripAdvisor

19/07/2025: Sono il Sig.Enrico,ieri sera sono andato in questo ristorante per festeggiare il mio compleanno con la famiglia.Abbiamo mangiato dell’ottimo pesce fresco di qualità,personale gentile e attento ha soddisfare il Cliente,il sig. Mario e Laura sono la Famiglia.Sicuramente ci torneró.

31/12/2024: Bonnes glaces artisanales, choix variés de parfums bien que limités. Glaces assez sucrées. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

19/11/2024: Ottimo gelato ma alcuni gusti per il mio palato eccessivamente dolci . Personale giovane e gentile , prezzi nella norma per la posizione della gelatiera e quantità abbondante .

21/08/2025: Luckily, we only ordered a seafood salad, which had nothing but strips of squid mixed with carrots for €15—a total disappointment. When I pointed out the inadequate dish to the staff, the arrogant response was "sorry," with a knowing smile. Stay away if you can.

11/06/2025: Nice little place with an old west theme: the owner is nice and the waiters too, the food is good, with some discordances that could be my personal ones on the American French fries that used to be better but it's probably just my impression (previously the owners replied that they hadn't changed the recipe). Open in the evening.

17/07/2025: I went there for dinner with colleagues a while back. It's primarily a seafood restaurant. The fried foods are artisanal and truly fantastic, there's a good selection of beers (though quite commercial), and the seafood dishes I was offered looked truly excellent, both in appearance and aroma. We did, however, have the pinsa, which I think could definitely be improved, although it's certainly not bad. The place is a bit small and is more for a dinner for two than for families or large tables. Despite the two portable air conditioners, it was unfortunately still a bit hot due to the doors being left half-open due to the exhaust pipes. The service was quick and very friendly. I promised myself I'd return with my wife for seafood, which is definitely their specialty. The prices were very fair.

27/04/2025: Spacious room. Friendly staff. The ice cream is good and reasonably priced. The decaffeinated coffee is very good, it almost tastes like regular coffee.
