09/05/2026: I've been coming to this ice cream shop for years, but today, surprise... Ice cream by weight. Three small cones of two flavors, €10.20. The cream is free. It's the first time I've seen something like this. But the most disconcerting thing is that they don't list the price per kilo. The ice cream is good, but there are other excellent ice cream shops, and I can choose how much I want to spend without any surprises.

01/05/2026: €4 for this cone because now the price is based on weight, taste nothing special definitely not worth what I paid I will not return.

25/04/2026: I love Alice Pizza, but the Frascati location is getting worse and worse!! I wanted to avoid writing a negative review, but this is the third time the quality of the pizza and supplì has been appalling!! We threw out the incredibly salty supplì. The pizza (I know it well because I get it at other locations too) is thin, hard, dry, inedible. And luckily it was freshly made, too.

09/05/2026: The staff treats customers badly; they're rude and ignorant. The food might be good, but they're truly awful. For a birthday party, we asked for the cakes to be refrigerated, and they served them melted; they clearly didn't refrigerate them. On another occasion, at 10 p.m., they turned off the lights to make us leave. They should change their job.

09/04/2026: It's unbelievable that I'd only been looking at the display cases for three minutes because I was undecided about what to order, and the man was already pressuring me to order something. No matter how many times I told him I was looking at the options, he kept repeating that I had to order quickly. The place was empty, so even obstructing other customers wasn't an excuse for such poor service. Terrible. If I'm a tourist, how does he expect me to know what everything is?

04/04/2026: Sitting at a table is incredibly expensive, double the price of sitting at the bar, and the service isn't worth it: ugly, broken dishes. If they charge you like you're somewhere else, at least the service should be up to par. Highly discouraged.

18/03/2026: How much did I love this place? The atmosphere is casual and a bit rowdy. Original decor and tasty food. Located at the entrance to Calcata Vecchia, it's a must-see if you're in the area.

15/03/2026: Terrible experience. We ate bland, poorly seasoned food in the dark. The service was extremely slow. The wait between meals was so slow that our and other people's orders were lost. The bathrooms were in the dark. Terrible experience.

17/05/2026: First time at this bar, we ordered two cocktails with appetizers. We sat outside and a pigeon approached, which we shooed away. The pigeon then climbed onto the table and ate the appetizers. We stood up angrily and moved on. None of the staff apologized or asked if we wanted another table or anything else to eat. I went to the cashier and asked if I could only pay for the cocktails, thus getting a discount since we'd barely eaten anything. The employee insisted that he couldn't because he was only an employee and would have to pay for them himself. I managed to speak to the owner, who initially told me that these were natural disasters (pigeons carry disease, earthquakes/rain are disasters...). However, I managed to get something taken off the bill that, in principle, should have been taken off by them, given what had happened. Truly shameful towards the customer!

23/03/2026: Restaurant inside the Mercure Rome Fiumicino hotel. Spacious atmosphere and average menu. Amatriciana and cacio e pepe are perhaps a little lighter in flavor than true Roman tradition. The restaurant also offers pizza. Courteous and helpful staff. Good coffee and a friendly and helpful barista.

29/11/2025: The quality of the croissants and pan goccioli is very disappointing.

29/11/2025: Totally disappointed, the creams used for the fillings are different from the original ones; that is, to make the Kinder Maxi, they use a nondescript hazelnut cream and a nondescript white chocolate cream. We tried the Kinder Maxi Oreo and Kinder Cereal ones, and they were all the same. It's a shame because the croissants are gorgeous to look at.

20/05/2026: We went for breakfast; the atmosphere was very refined, although the seating was very uncomfortable. We ordered two coffees and two croissants; the latter arrived promptly, while the coffees arrived after almost 10 minutes and were cold. But the surprise came with the bill, which was a whopping 14 euros. I should point out that there is no price displayed. Not recommended.

02/05/2026: We were waiting in line for more people. The person on the other side of the counter completely ignored us, without even apologizing. They gave priority to the takeout staff. After 10 minutes of waiting in vain, they said the terminal wasn't working. I didn't respond out of politeness, but honestly, that's no way to interact with the customer, who, impatient, left. As a loyal customer, I will definitely never come to this store again.

30/12/2025: Alice Pizza is usually a safe bet, but this time the experience was decidedly awful. At 7:30 PM, the counter was almost empty and only a few slices were on display, all different from each other: the immediate and unmistakable impression was that they were leftovers from lunch. I specifically asked if anything fresh was coming out of the kitchen, but nothing: the open kitchen was completely deserted, no sign of any preparation in progress. Despite asking for the pizza to be reheated, it was delivered lukewarm, without any care or attention. All this at a disproportionate price for ten slices that were clearly not fresh. A total disappointment, especially from a brand that usually offers a completely different standard. This time, a waste of money and a lost customer.

19/12/2025: When you specify an opening time, you have to be open at that time! It's not like we drive miles and then arrive to find the store closed because you close whenever you want!!!
