14/07/2024: Los helados que probamos eran todos exquisitos, melón, melocotón, menta con chocolate, banana, fresa, etc. Fuimos varias veces y la atención de la dueña muy buena. Por el mismo precio el helado lo bañan en chocolate fundido y le añaden nata. El precio por debajo de la media.

27/06/2024: Una gelateria nel cuore di Testaccio che offre un gelato davvero gustoso per ogni esigenza, infatti offrono gelato per vegani: ingredienti anche senza latte e volendo senza zucchero (con la stevia) e dal sapore squisito, veramente un'eccellenza che tutta la mia famiglia ha gradito. Dovrebbero aprire più posti del genere, il servizio della signora che ci lavora è unico, gentile e disponibile per ogni chiarimento. Ci torneremo sicuramente prestissimo!!!

08/08/2024: Me and my mom went here because we were rlly hungry and we had been looking for a place to eat and settled here... we ordered and then waited like 40+ minutes.. i ordered fettucine alfredo and it was so.. bland... drowned in really liquidy cheese. It tasted like they didnt even try to flavour it, not even salt or peppers yall 😭 my mom ordered something i dont remember the name of and it was basically spaghetti with tomato sauce lmao (for 12 eur), anyways i got later sick from my food 🫡

03/08/2024: Very inattentive staff, they don't seem very interested in the customer experience, perhaps because they keep coming from the shopping center without doing anything. I ask for pasta for a child, they bring it after two minutes, leaving it on the table and without even giving me time to order. After 5 minutes I manage to stop a waiter who tells me "tell me, let's try to speed up". Result: after 20 minutes the child has finished eating and I am still waiting for my pizza. Obviously I left without waiting any longer, and obviously, in addition to charging me two euros each for service, they didn't even understand that if you make people eat in turns then you're managing a manger, not a restaurant. I spent 12 euros for 50 grams of penne with sauce but it's fine anyway, it will serve as a reminder the next time I am tempted to enter one of their restaurants.

The girl at the counter treated a customer with disdain and with a disrespectful air who tried to ask him to pay and was responded with rudeness, taking advantage of the boy's education and then leaving him to wait without any justification. of waiting but continuing to serve other customers, we entered together with him, pointing out to the girl her incompetence, lack of education towards the customer and we were cursed after which the pizza chef comes out with the pizza iron towards a woman with a little girl 1 year old in her arms imagine what it took to hold her husband, a mess could have happened, I wonder how you can find 2 people of this level in an Alice pizza workplace who have to deal with people, go under a lady and a little girl shameful man of m.....thank God that we wanted to avoid the worst for the little girl

05/07/2024: This evening we placed an order with Deliveroo, which suddenly without explanation was canceled after half an hour, (and thank goodness I had the phone nearby, otherwise who would have noticed!) Contacting the Deliveroo assistance they told us that there was it was a mistake on Alice's part since the order was delivered by mistake to another courier and the pizzeria had no way to remake the pizzas (due to closing time). Now, I understand that there can be mistakes, for goodness sake we are human, but a customer is not treated in this way, I also work in catering and it would never have occurred to me to do something like this if they really didn't have time to redoing the order they could have at least given a symbolic voucher to apologize, or at least called us to explain what had happened.

07/06/2024: Best gelato in Rome so far! Was there with my family, everyone enjoyed their ice cream, my favourite was pistachio, quality is better than those gelaterias what are in touristic areas, we came third day back for that tasty ice cream :)

07/07/2024: Muy mala calidad de la galleta o waffle del cono de helado. Muy muy mala calidad por 6 euros de un cono mediano de dos sabores. Los helados en sí normales. Como en cualquier otra heladería. Mal servicio del personal.

29/07/2024: We live near this "pub" and despite the many negative reviews, during a walk we decide to stop to drink a glass of cold beer, thinking that 'at least the beer can't disappoint'. From the outside it seems welcoming, we enter and they make us sit outside, in a garden. Upon our request for two beers on tap, the waitress (or owner) tells us that they don't have it... that it's only available in bottles, and lists the usual supermarket brands. We were honestly stunned... a PUB WITHOUT BEER had never happened to us! ahahaha I wanted to get up and leave, but my husband was hungry so we ordered a capricciosa pizza and some fried food. The menu deserves a review of its own... aahaha! A sheet placed inside a completely opaque, greasy and sticky plastic, which after touching it you have to run to wash your hands. Pitiful. The pizza wasn't bad, good average. Fried foods, however, are not. Soft fries and too greasy flower and biscuits. The prices however are good. It's a shame, because the place is very beautiful, especially inside, it's characteristic, it looks like an old farmhouse. The garden is also beautiful, full of vegetation and birds and a friendly hen that eats from the tables. A little more organization would be enough (having beer on tap like all pubs and changing chefs) to become a respectable pub. Furthermore, it is the only one in the area, so it would have a lot of customers. We sincerely hope that he decides to improve.

19/08/2024: Hi, I ate at this place this evening and these are my analyzes at the end of the evening. -we had to wait a long time to order -for the starter the same, and they forgot to bring us the focaccia, (I had to remind them) -despite having waited a long time, the focaccia arrived BURNED, IMPROPOSABLE, and the raw ham was practically the packages taken at Conad -after exactly 2 hours the pizzas arrived. I would just add that we had to eat separately, as the pizza arrived for some and others didn't. - they forgot to put a main ingredient inside a lumberjack, As well as the truffle. -better to avoid gourmet pizzas, Because there is absolutely nothing gourmet about it In other words, it's better to avoid this pizzeria to give your stomach further serenity, as there is nothing serene in there, not even the environment🤣
