20/07/2024: Embarrassing... terrible quality of the raw materials... loose biscuits and without mozzarella... in fact, the mozzarella wasn't there at all, in its place there was an unidentified stringy cheese... and then... inadequate service and poorly prepared ... and finally a bill far from local standards, truly exaggerated, unjustifiably exaggerated.

12/07/2024: Siamo stati nel punto vendita sulla Monte Lepini con la mia famiglia ,ci siamo fermati per una cena veloce :locale carino, posti a sedere , tutto nuovo, L'impasto della pizza è anche buono,friabile solo che alla richiesta: avete pizza rossa senza mozzarella? Ho mia figlia intollerante al latte e sul bancone c erano solo alcuni pezzi con patate le altre tutte con mozzarella.La risposta è stata : si certo possiamo prepararla in pochi minuti, e ci hanno chiesto quanti pezzi volevamo. Abbiamo aspettato, 10 minuti ci hanno riscaldato quella con le patate che era tiepida e la rossa che ci hanno dato sul vassoio era FREDDA DI FRIGO, non l avevano fatta al momento come aveva lasciato intendere e non l'avevano scaldata neanche bene.Abbiamo fatto presente e chiesto di scaldarla, ma si può? Evidentemente la preparano nell altro punto vendita e li la riscaldano al forno, ma se devo mangiare pizza conservata in frigo la compro al conad !

12/08/2024: The pasta was chewy and had an unpleasant, plasticky texture, two stars for the manager for trying to make amends by offering complimentary cheesecake, I would order the cheesecake there but not the pasta.

10/08/2024: Very bad experience. We arrive with little time given the imminent departure of our train. We were told that in 5 minutes they would serve us a plate of pasta. After 20 minutes we are still waiting and are forced to leave. And I'm already wondering: why lie? Why not clearly say "I'm sorry, but making a carbonara takes at least 15 minutes"? We ask that you take the two carbonaras ordered as take away. Fortunately, I realize that they also made us pay the cover charge (total of 32 euros for two carbonaras and two natural mezze), for a service I never received. I ask, and I get a refund. The last hopes remain hanging on this take away carbonara which we eat immediately. Very bad, it makes me think of a tourist trap. No flavour, I don't taste the pecorino, the bacon is burnt. But perhaps I am the one who has little tolerance for bad faith...

22/08/2024: A basically medium-good ice cream shop with good service and courtesy but I don't feel like saying the ice cream product is the best.

16/07/2024: Gelatiamo produces ice cream among the 5 best in Rome. Soft, full flavor, perfect sweetness. I advise!!!!!

14/08/2024: Stunning ! The food was one of the best I ever had in Rome. Forget about those Tiktok or IG trends. This place is beautiful n delicious. The service is good and (at least mine) waitresses spoke English. The menu was available in English as well. It has 3 ambiances: coffee outdoors, coffee indoors, and restaurant. Enter the galleria after your meal/coffee break. As it has AC available, it's ideal for those hot days in summer. Hightly reccomended. 🥰

10/02/2024: The pinsa is very good but the service is non-existent. We ordered at home and the pizza was never delivered to us, to the point that after an hour of waiting we were forced to go down and buy food ourselves. We called several times and they blamed Sanremo, the football match and the weather but if you are not structured to offer a service, don't do it. NOT RECOMMENDED.

19/05/2024: tea room (and not only) highly recommended from all points of view. the owner is truly welcoming and kind, the place is looked after with extreme attention to detail and excellent taste. Furthermore, the offers of both drinks and desserts are appetizing to say the least! 5 minutes should be dedicated just to look around because the location is a masterpiece. and for those who complain about the animals (a cute cat and the dog, very calm, always looked after by the owner), you don't know what you're missing!!! and I haven't seen all these high prices, given the high quality proposals and the sought-after location, the costs are absolutely normal.

19/07/2024: Une vraie bonne pâtisserie loin des pièges à touristes. Beaucoup de choix. Tout ce que l’on a goûté était très bon. Passez y si vous êtes dans le quartier (notre hôtel était juste à côté)

07/07/2024: Pasticceria innanzitutto sporca e con un signore anziano che regola il “traffico” in entrata totalmente inutile, visto che altra gente entra dall’uscita e lui neanche se ne accorge. Dolci costosi e assolutamente non buoni, soprattutto il maritozzo con la panna che è pessimo, mentre la pizza bianca con la mortadella è mangiabile ma con la pizza “moscia”. Prezzi alti e la “simpatia” (ironico) di tutto il personale completano il quadro negativo di questo locale.
