The place has enormous potential, but currently appears a bit neglected. I would suggest a few priority improvements to enhance it: thorough cleaning of the parking lot (weeds and twigs), more careful maintenance of the garden (it has plastic pipes and unkempt grass), and work on the stream, which has a strange color: blue/green enough to stain the stones, and weeds that need trimming, detracting from the aesthetics of the place. Finally, with more organized service management for the large number of tables, the experience would be significantly improved.
