02/08/2024: Avete presente quei posti che da fuori sembrano una cosa, ma poi vi stupiscono completamente? Ecco, Gorgeous è proprio così! Non fatevi ingannare dall'aspetto da bar, perché varcando quella soglia si apre un mondo di delizie per il palato e per gli occhi. Giorgio e Claudia, i proprietari e sommelier AIS (mica pizza e fichi!), hanno creato un'oasi di gusto con una selezione di vini da far girare la testa. E che dire degli abbinamenti cibo-vino? Una vera poesia! Ogni piatto è un'esplosione di sapori, studiata nei minimi dettagli per esaltare al massimo il nettare degli dei che avete nel bicchiere. Ma non finisce qui! Giorgio, con la sua passione contagiosa, organizza spesso serate a tema con produttori vinicoli, trasformando una semplice cena in un'esperienza indimenticabile. E il bello è che i prezzi sono sempre onesti, alla portata di tutti. Ah, quasi dimenticavo! Gorgeous è anche un bar, perfetto per una colazione sfiziosa o un aperitivo in compagnia. Ma non confondetevi, eh! Qui si viene soprattutto per mangiare divinamente, coccolati dall'atmosfera accogliente e dalla simpatia dei proprietari. Insomma, se siete in zona, non potete perdervi Gorgeous. È un'esperienza che vi lascerà a bocca aperta (e con la pancia piena!).

21/06/2024: A restaurant truly worthy of its reputation. I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't appreciate the pigeon, which wasn't on the menu, otherwise I would have immediately said I didn't like it in the tasting, with dishes chosen by the Chef. But everything else was a really nice food trip.

18/08/2024: Excellent pistachio croissants, perhaps a little too full of pistachio but better than little. Soy cap not bad but could be improved. A shame about the location of the bar and the slightly small place which doesn't allow tables inside, only a few outside

25/08/2024: Fantastic food and service. Quiet side street. Nice outdoor eating space. We ate there twice in the 3 days we spent in Rome. Not overpriced like the restaurants one street over. We ate a variety of pastas, octopus carpaccio, the best risotto we've ever had (with porcini mushrooms) and a grilled mixed seafood plate with the most tender calamari ever. Wines by the glass were excellent.

18/08/2024: We have ordered a pizza with burata-cheese and it was great. We asked one pizza for two persons and it was kindly served in the beautiful plates divided in half. Quick service. Need to point that even after the opening (7:30PM) the pizzeria was almost full-booked in 30 minutes, so we were lucky to have a table without reservation. Prices are common for the center of Rome, it has devilery if it fits you and different pizzas on your taste, from local ones to the classic. This place is not on the tourist-line so basically it couldn't be a tourist trap.

18/08/2024: The best pizza in Rome without a doubt, and the spectacular vegetarian lasagna....and Díez's service....I recommend it one hundred percent, I will definitely repeat.

06/08/2024: We went to the cafe with a 4.5 star rating for a light coffee before lunch. Upon arriving at the cafe we ​​were told that it was not possible to order inside and to go outside and wait. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the gentleman came and said that we should order via QR code. I made a choice in the application on the website, but it was not possible to order anything because it threw some error. With this mistake, I went to the restaurant again, where I was sent out again, saying that someone would come. So it was ordered in about 25 minutes. After another 5 minutes, they brought us what is in the photos.... I am also attaching a picture from the menu vs reality. An argument started when trying to claim a product because it doesn't match the product image. If I could give less than one, I would

30/07/2024: Dishes cooked with attention to detail, service always present, a very pleasant environment especially the outdoor space. It's a shame for two things: in the garden you eat with smoke coming from the nearby tables (it's still allowed...); the garden chairs are not comfortable for dining, at most for an aperitif. Despite this, it feels like an oasis of tranquility at Mile IV.

13/08/2024: Excellent homemade trattoria, the atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, small but well looked after. The family tradition accompanies the palate and the attention in the care of customers and diners by the two waiters offer and add an extra touch to the experience. The dishes are the classics of Roman cuisine and the prices are average, but the portions are right, like at home, this does not make those who buy supplies feel cheated. They were also thoughtful enough to welcome my dog ​​and, for those who have animals, it does not go unnoticed as a gesture. I will definitely come back to confirm or give it a 5 ⭐! They cannot disappoint, when tradition is so deeply rooted it is a guarantee.

21/08/2024: Veramente in difficoltà nello scrivere questa recensione. Prese oggi le pizze da asporto, la pizza è di per sé buona nulla da dire, ma ahimè minuscola!!!!! Abbiamo mangiato delle pizze piccole al prezzo di quelle "medie", pizze così piccole non possono essere sicuramente ritenute delle "medie" e non voglio pensare male ma occhio perche così il cliente rischia di sentirsi preso in giro e non tornare più, difatti io non riordinerò sicuramente più lì.

20/08/2024: Nice place, clean and tidy. I came in to grab just a couple of supplì and the freshly baked pizza trays attracted me. Really excellent! The girls at the counter were very quick, friendly and helpful.
