30/05/2025: The place is welcoming, modern and with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is young, friendly and always available. The strong point? The variety of doughs! You can choose between Neapolitan round pizza, Roman pizza, pinsa or pizza in a pan. The doughs are super light and digestible, with careful leavening. Among the best pizzas to try are the "Cetara" (with anchovies) and the "Honey Pork", with bacon, honey and chopped hazelnuts. The fried foods are also top, especially the supplì and chips. And if you're still hungry, try the gnocchetti alla Nutella: light and delicious. The prices are fair: with 20-25 euros you can eat from appetizer to dessert. In short: excellent pizzeria, excellent quality, fast service and lots of choice. Perfect for an evening with friends or family.

30/05/2025: Nuvole di farina never disappoints for the quality of the pizzas and fried foods on offer (absolutely try their chips...), with a fixed menu and a seasonal one, to enhance the best products available on the market from time to time.

30/04/2025: It's a true paradise for lovers of good food! The quality of the products is exceptional, from fresh loaves to perfectly cooked pizzas, every detail is taken care of with love. The service is friendly and welcoming, the staff is always ready to advise you. The bar is a perfect place. The coffee is delicious...and aromatic, accompanied by croissants and fresh pastries. I highly recommend trying all their specialties.....☺️☺️☺️

02/06/2025: I went there a few days ago and it was my second time at this place, I have to say that the quality of the food and the service has dropped a lot, not to mention that I was sick for two days because of the contamination of their food, the chef put spicy in all the dishes and of course they don't even mention it on the menu, the waiter pressured us to order practically from the moment we arrived, everything is ridiculously expensive and the icing on the cake: they don't have fortune cookies, I chose to go there precisely because I had recommended it to someone else and they made me look ridiculous. Definitely the worst experience of my life and also of the person to whom I recommended this place which can't be more than hellish...

L'accoglienza e la gentilezza sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche di questo locale, del quale abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l'attenzione al senza glutine. 06/04/2025: Right from the entrance this place captures you with all its magic... a place out of time where every space is full of objects that tell things... the owner, Carla, very nice... at the end of the evening it seemed like we had known each other all our lives... the food was excellent, delicious... I will definitely go back and I highly recommend it... the price is in line with what is offered, perhaps a little above the norm but it's worth it... go!

27/04/2025: We went for lunch today with the Cemento tasting menu. I don't have much to say other than compliments to all the staff at the Essenza restaurant. It was a fantastic experience: the refined but relaxed environment, the impeccable, professional but also courteous and smiling room service, excellent wine recommendations! The dishes were wonderful for both the eye and the palate, and I must say that by the time we got to dessert we were beyond full. Heartfelt thanks to Chef Simone and all the staff

12/06/2025: Lowkey authentic gelato shop. This was the second authentic gelato shop I tried in Rome and it did not disappoint. It was not busy at all, and I had no wait. I tried the gelato in a waffle cone, as well as a desert that consisted of 2 Biscoff cookies with a gelato flavor in the middle, then dipped in chocolate. Salted caramel and peanut and crunchy chocolate gelato ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Biscoff gelato sandwich ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Similar to La Romana gelato shop, this shop also puts chocolate sauce in your cone, and then the ice cream on top and whipped cream. It had a delicious flavor. Unfortunately I was unable to snap a picture before my ice cream hit the ground due to the heat. If you plan on not eating it fast enough like me, I recommend not getting it in a cone, but rather in a bowl.

14/05/2025: It was one of the few gelato shops near the Colosseum. Sometimes, there are gelato shops that are too sweet to eat, but this one was sweet enough to make me feel good 🍨

14/05/2025: Creamy delicious gelato on a quiet corner. One small pot was enough to fill my sweet tooth - and others in my group enjoyed larger potions. Very affordable and not crowded like others in the city. You can’t eat in, but that was fine for our group.
