We came today to S. Felice Circeo, for the first time (10.12.23), to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, on the advice of a friend of ours and we were pleasantly impressed. The rich and excellent quality appetizer, the first courses (tagliolini with truffle and tagliolini with porcini mushrooms) are superlative and, to finish, a real "homemade" tiramisu that tastes like good coffee (and not like those insignificant single portions that are so fashionable Now). As for the service, it was impeccable, and even though the place was full, they were very fast and precise, and satisfied every request immediately. The location is very particular because, pass me the term, "it seems to be part of a nativity scene"; the living rock, the rustic, welcoming and small place in the historic center of the town make you feel truly relaxed. Naturally we will return, perhaps with our families, to make known this beautiful "reality" in the heart of Sonnino. We would like to further thank the owners who offered us coffee, bitters and excellent wine donuts, a thoughtfulness that doesn't happen very often nowadays.

Really good food. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the place is very small. The entrance door did not close and we suffered from the cold. Despite this, I highly recommend it.

Sonnino is one of those beautiful Roman hill towns...part of a group they call i ' Castelli Romani'. An old historical town with beautiful narrow streets and alleyways. A short walk from the town square you'll find a quaint and authentic restaurant serving delicious local specialties but just as enjoyable as the food is the welcoming ambience and warm hospitality of the hosts. Highly recommended.
