06/06/2026: I never leave negative reviews but this was too weird not to. Says it opens at 5, even on the front door. We were there at 5:15 at it was absolutely closed, no sign it was going to open ever. This happened multiple times by the way. It isn't a national holiday nor there were any notes on the door. Strange. Very disappointed and confused.
16/05/2026: After so many people recommended Fermento to me, I finally had the chance to try it, and I have to say it was absolutely worth it. They create exceptional products. Their brioches are next-level, and their focaccia is incredible.
Next time, I absolutely must try their bread.
The counter staff was also cheerful and super helpful, especially Fationa. Kudos to the entire staff!
Highly recommended.

Another strong point is definitely the location: the furnishings are beautiful, elegant, and meticulously crafted, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. A place where you feel good, eat well, and want to return. Kudos to all the staff! 👏🍷🍽️
13/01/2026: The Osteria al Parco does not disappoint. A welcoming place with a warm fireplace. The clean and well-kept atmosphere is much appreciated. Excellent wines and good food. Compliments to the owner and chef.

14/08/2026: I think it's important to highlight a major structural problem: RUDENESS.
The products are excellent, fresh, and offered at a fair price that reflects their quality.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the manager, who is rude and surly.
It's a real shame for the staff, who are actually very friendly and knowledgeable.
Furthermore, I find the lack of a restroom unacceptable.

03/05/2026: An excellent experience, less than 10 km from Udine. Everything was excellent, starting with the panoramic terrace, which offers a splendid view of the Friulian plain. The ladies are friendly, kind, and attentive, the dishes are tasty and portioned appropriately. The service is appropriately punctual. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back. I find it suitable for families with even small children. However, it's best to book by text message due to poor mobile phone coverage. This might also cause problems if you want to pay by card, but I'm not sure about that, as I usually pay in cash.

30/04/2026: Where trains used to run, there is now the cycle path to Grado; the old train station is a cyclists' rest stop with good food, but only open at lunchtime until 2:30 pm.

23/05/2026: I am on my walking journey from Malta to India, and yesterday I reached Udine very late, almost around midnight. The restaurant had already closed at 11:00 PM, but the wonderful people at Himalaya Ristorante still waited for me for more than an hour just to serve me a warm meal.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the people were incredibly kind and friendly. Their hospitality truly touched my heart after such a long and tiring day of walking.
If you are ever passing through Udine, I would highly recommend visiting Himalaya Restaurant, you will definitely love the food and the amazing hospitality.

21/05/2026: We visited this restaurant and were absolutely thrilled. The food was delicious: dishes packed with flavor, perfectly balanced spices, and top-quality ingredients. The bread was simply out of this world!
A special mention goes to the staff: they are incredibly kind and welcoming.

11/08/2026: The food was delicious! They have a separate gluten-free menu that they give you when you arrive, and everything is very well managed. The prices are quite reasonable, and we ate incredibly well. We even shared a pizza because they're quite large. I highly recommend it!
