08/03/2026: Dinner for four; the place is beautiful, clean, and well-kept. We were alone for the occasion in a lovely, well-lit, clean, and very warm room, aided by the effect of the exposed wooden beams. In addition to the à la carte menu, we were also offered some off-menu dishes, all of which were enticing. The service was very good, punctual, and courteous, with a few pleasant touches that didn't hurt. I opted for a pumpkin flan with crispy speck atop a cream cheese sauce (which I found delicious), followed by a delicious sliced ​​steak with baked potatoes, which, in my opinion, lacked a bit of browning, but were otherwise very good. The house wine (a Cabernet for us) was good. I would recommend this place for a quiet evening, even as a couple.

04/04/2026: We had our last evening in Trieste here, and what a perfect ending it was! Every single dish was prepared with great care and tasted absolutely amazing. The spaghetti carbonara was without a doubt the best we've ever eaten—simply perfect! We especially want to commend the service: so warm, attentive, and friendly, just as you could wish for. We felt completely at ease the entire time. The atmosphere is simply wonderful: cozy, authentic, and you just feel completely at ease! Thank you so much for this unforgettable evening. We will definitely be back when we're in Trieste again <3

02/05/2026: The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the terrace offers a breathtaking view. Yesterday, after a long hike on the Dimon, we stopped by Camoscio and, despite it being after hours, we were met by extremely courteous staff who allowed us to grab a bite to eat even though the kitchen was already closed. Mr. Piero's humanity, helpfulness, and courtesy touched us, as did his excellent cjarsons, freshly prepared for us. It was pure magic to be able to enjoy such a beautiful moment. We are grateful and will definitely be back to try your other dishes, respecting the opening hours, next time :)

Dishes: The local pork appetizers were exceptional. The beef ones were good. The first course: pear and Montasio tortelli...good...perhaps a little sickly. The highlight is undoubtedly the frico, in a variety of variations: all delicious. The side dishes were also good. Desserts... personally, I would have preferred something cold, like cake or ice cream with some berry juice... The other diners also found the ones on offer excellent. Bitters: The herb one I ordered was excellent. Wide selection of grappas. In summary: we'll definitely be back. Well done, keep up the good work! The only flaw: lack of parking...but you can find it in the nearby streets.

And the desserts are no less delicious, incredible when eaten on the premises, but equally pristine in taste and flavor when purchased to take away and enjoyed a full two days later! Definitely enjoy a break in this little corner; it's worth it!
