05/11/2025: Excellent goose lunch, everything very good and generous portions. The homemade desserts are also delicious. Service is a bit slow, but the quality of the products makes up for the wait. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

25/10/2025: I really enjoyed the tagliatelle with masurin, but the portion was a bit small. The goose was also good and well-cooked.

26/09/2025: Very good pizza and a wide variety of flavors. The service should be more attentive to the customer: a waiter, after serving the pizza, shouldn't abandon you, but could stop by every now and then to ask if everything is okay or if anything is missing. Prices are a bit high.

12/07/2025: Trattoria on Via Nazionale, a few kilometers from Ampezzo on Cima Corso. Ample parking, new building surrounded by greenery. Rustic decor, traditional cuisine with many game specialties. Fast service. Helpful staff.

The pizza sauce is so good it deserves to be eaten on its own, but it really shines on these leavened pizzas. 30/11/2025: We were passing through Gorizia and after a few attempts to find a place for dinner, and then a few rejections because it was 9:45 PM, this place told us we could go in, but we needed to get there quickly! We ordered a tasty, slightly spicy goulash and the pork shank covered in a reduction that made it exceptional. Both generously sized dishes were complemented by potatoes that tasted like a cross between baked potatoes and mashed potatoes—I could have eaten two kilos of them! But the real highlight was Tom, the young waiter who exudes zest for life from every pore, a truly efficient and pleasant guy. I definitely recommend stopping there.

I'm served a 150 ml glass of soda water with lemon by a lady who then leaves the place. In the hand of a very young boy. I ask for the bill: 1 euro. In five other bars in Maniago I paid for 50 ml of bottled mineral water. I comment that it seems expensive to me. The boy replies that it seems expensive to him too. I insist that elsewhere in the town a 50 ml costs even 40 ml and he replies: it's because of inflation. I pay because I'm an idiot, and I had to insist on the receipt which, by chance, the economist had missed the inflation! I felt like I was being taken for a ride by a boy with an excellent sense of humor but no shame or sense of manners. And also a tax evader. Congratulations to whoever educated him.) It is not advisable to go from the bar to the bottegon of Andea Pittau, son of Giampietro Pittau.

21/11/2025: All products are homemade, gluten-free, and low in sugar. There's also a wide selection of vegan and lactose-free options. The owner is incredibly kind; after her son graduated with a degree in nutrition, she followed his advice and created healthy and delicious products. Excellent value for money. This will become my go-to place every time I return to Udine!
