10/05/2026: Truly delicious ice cream!!! I had zabaglione with caramelized pine nuts and tiramisu...creamy, tasty, just the right amount of sweet, and above all, all the people at the counter were so kind and smiling.

08/04/2026: Excellent experience, friendly and helpful staff. Even though the place was busy, they greeted us with a smile at the counter and then found us a spot on the sofa at the entrance.
Excellent experience.
The prosciutto tartines were good, but I probably preferred the cooked ham and horseradish ones, paired with a very pleasant Merlot.
The cod with polenta was the highlight of the flavors, exquisite, and I recommend trying it!
P.S. The disposable towels were much appreciated.
Update: I came back for dinner and everything was delicious, from the tartare to the pasta and the meat. Everything was excellent, well done ❣️

27/04/2026: This gelato shop offers a wide variety of flavors. There isn’t a strict queue system, you can simply walk up to the counter to order.
The staff are very friendly, which makes the experience even more pleasant.
We tried several fruit flavors, and they were quite good. We can even taste real fruit pieces, which adds a nice, fresh touch.
There are also seats inside, so it’s a nice place to sit down and enjoy your gelato at a relaxed pace.

27/04/2026: Absolutly must stop. I recommend the inn, it has a long tradition and is located right on the border with Slovenia. Good food, friendly staff and a beautiful garden
20/04/2026: Beautiful place! In the winter, you can dine in the dining rooms and verandas, immersed in the greenery and protected from the cold. In the summer, you can dine outside, surrounded by that greenery, which provides shade and delicious aromas that evoke pleasant memories. The food is delicious and changes with the seasons, as they also have a grill in the summer. It's a family-run establishment, but the service is professional. The hospitality is exceptional, both for people and dogs, and both the owners and staff make you feel at home.

16/05/2026: The owner's wife is a tall, blonde woman, and very friendly. We had a wonderful dinner and stayed up chatting pleasantly until late. If you're passing through Palmanova, book early!

28/04/2026: So, discovered by chance: two crostini with mortadella (thick but soft bread, good mortadella that didn't cause acidity), one with ham and one with ham (San Daniele, good and balanced quantity), a small bottle of water, a glass of house white wine, a caffè corretto, all for €10.10 really RIGHT PRICE and good crostini!

14/05/2026: A family-run establishment with excellent, authentic cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly, attentive service. A diverse and delicious menu, including wood-fired pizza. The grilled vegetables with mozzarella were sensational! Very good house wine, moderately priced. We were completely satisfied and will gladly return!

09/05/2026: This is the real deal you will be hard-pressed to find any ice cream this good anywhere in Italy other than La Romana.
Excellent flavor, rich dense creamy texture. Anyone who says otherwise either doesn't know what they are talking about or just finished eating something that left a ridiculously strong taste in their mouth and they could not taste the gelato.
I've been to 60 countries and this is top shelf.
The price in the spring of 2026 is only 2 Euros per scoop. Most places with inferior quality charge a much higher price. I promise you won't regret if you taste the flavors that you want first and then make your final selection.

08/05/2026: We used the agri-camping, so I can't comment on the rooms, but the property is highly recommended! Beautiful location surrounded by greenery, an oasis of peace. Numerous activities are available, including those for the little ones, allowing them to connect with nature and animals. The food service is also excellent.

The pizza is excellent, with easy-to-digest dough and quality ingredients, and there are some very unique and tasty specialty pizzas. The service is informal and fairly quick, and the prices are average.

30/04/2026: A restaurant serving traditional Friulian cuisine, popular for dinner. Tables are fairly close together. Quite crowded. We had a rib-eye steak with potatoes, shared by several people, recommended off the menu. The meat, medium rare, was good quality, not exceptional. The bread basket was crispy and fresh. We had to wait a while, about half an hour, before eating. House wine was paid per drink. We finished with dessert: a tiramisu, which was too sweet, and ice cream with jam, made with industrial ice cream. The price was moderately high for what we ordered. Service was very good, fast, and attentive.
