15/03/2026: Found it by chance, and it was a lovely surprise. Classic dishes, well-prepared. We tried the dish of the day, lasagna with mushrooms and sausage, and the carefully cooked hand-cut arrosticini. Everything was delicious. We also tried a version of arrosticini with onions and peppers, which was very tasty. The atmosphere is informal, warm, and welcoming, and the staff are very kind and friendly. Highly recommended, even for a quick meal. The service was perfect. Highly recommended!

09/02/2026: Highly recommended! Wide selection of coffees, sweets, and savory options. We ordered toasted sandwiches, and they arrived super filling—truly delicious. The coffee is also very good. You can clearly see the attention to detail and the friendly service.

26/11/2025: Jazzin is truly one of the best gelato shops in Trieste (and beyond)! There are many flavors to choose from, from classic to more creative. The staff is always very friendly, and a special mention goes to the portions... they're gigantic! Excellent value! Les Rive/pier, with its benches, is less than a 5-minute walk away, making it perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious gelato with a sea view. Highly recommended!

30/12/2025: A strategic and central spot for an aperitif with a mix of fantastic ciketi. The counter is well stocked with every variety of canapés and an equally excellent selection of wines. 🥂🥂 It's difficult to find a seat, but we've always found a spot to stand. Highly recommended. ✨✨✨

26/02/2026: By mutual agreement among former colleagues, we decide to have lunch at the Gelindo dei Magredi Restaurant, located near the village of Vivaro (Pordenone). The entire restaurant (which also has a riding stable and an outdoor swimming pool open in the summer) finds its worthy setting in the vast adjacent countryside, a protected area for its numerous botanical rarities and birdlife. A very valid structure from a logistical point of view with very large internal spaces from which rooms can be obtained for a more intimate and refined convivial gathering. Wide choice on the menu whose first course is the exquisite Maltagliati (Blecs in Friulian) served with herbs, potatoes with mature cheese and pitina (typical smoked salami from the Tramontina Valley - delicious!) .... what can I say .... absolutely worth a visit because to the sight and to the palate everything is even richer and more intense. The wines of the area - the famous Vini dei Magredi - accompany each course worthily!!! Highly recommended as very clean, tidy and truly articulated in the internal and external layout. Very friendly staff and attentive to individual needs!

15/02/2026: This restaurant has several dining rooms, but be careful when booking because the menus and prices differ between Tinello and Corte dei Venti. The former offers traditional dishes presented in a gourmet style, carefully prepared but rather limited in quantity and with higher prices. The latter offers a more popular and informal menu with more affordable prices. It's unfortunate that the wait between courses in the Tinello dining room was excessively long. The atmosphere is welcoming.

02/03/2026: Easily accessible restaurant in the village of Rigolato, divided into two rooms with outdoor seating. The pizza is excellent, with easy-to-digest dough and quality ingredients, and there are some very unique and tasty specialty pizzas. The service is informal and fairly quick, and the prices are average.

22/12/2025: The place is really nice, even though it's close to the street, there's no disturbing noise. In the summer, there are tables outside in a large, pleasant garden. The dishes are very good and well-prepared, and the prices are average for this type of place. The staff is quite friendly.

26/10/2025: A location immersed in nature. Excellent food and impeccable presentation, service by always courteous staff. We had "Las Agnes with chestnuts and duck ragù" for our first course and a duck breast for our second course, both delicious. I recommend booking a few days in advance.

16/03/2026: A spontaneous visit for a quick lunch led me to this small, charming restaurant in the heart of Palmanova this Sunday. From the moment I arrived and entered the restaurant, I was impressed by the polite and efficient service of the staff. Getting a table for two spontaneously hungry people on a Sunday lunchtime without a reservation is unusual in such a well-established local favorite among the residents of Palmanova. After just a few minutes at the bar, we had a cozy table for two, menus in hand, a place setting with a bread basket, and our drinks ordered and promptly delivered. Ordering the food was just as quick. The first course was a generous portion of vitello tonnato with vegetables on a large plate, followed by a large plate of grilled vegetables and potatoes. Both were prepared on an open grill, resulting in wonderful smoky flavors. This was followed by a mixed grilled meat platter with chicken, beef, and pork. Tip: If you're ordering a first course, order only one portion and a second plate. This leaves room for dessert, which I unfortunately skipped this time. The first course was a large platter of vitello tonnato with vegetables, and another large plate of grilled vegetables and potatoes. My overall impression: highly recommended! ❤️
