Excellent food and impeccable presentation, service by always courteous staff.
We had "Las Agnes with chestnuts and duck ragù" for our first course and a duck breast for our second course, both delicious.
I recommend booking a few days in advance.

Friendly staff, prompt and courteous service.
Excellent food.
The quality/price ratio is slightly above average, but justified by the originality and quality of the food.
Highly recommended!

07/12/2025: Lunch with my in-laws; it was our first time. Very friendly staff, delicious food, excellent value. The shop also has some great products. Coming from Florence, it's a bit out of the way, but if we're back in the area, it'll be a must-stop.
26/11/2025: I didn't have the pleasure of staying there, but we had a wonderful Sunday enjoying delicious food and horses. Highly recommended!

26/09/2025: We spontaneously went there one evening after a Google tip for ice cream, a small, inconspicuous place without a neon sign.
"Gelateria Frel"
The first impression was positively inviting, very clean and hygienic, and the ice cream flavors looked tempting. "It's best to try them all right away." A very good-looking, well-groomed, and friendly lady took the time to explain the different varieties and their ingredients to us. The ice cream tasted delicious, delicious, and the flavor nuances tempted us to have more.
Unfortunately, we have to leave tomorrow, otherwise I would be back.
Highly recommended!

We'd already tried restaurants and ended up here on this occasion, but it wasn't terrible, but there's nothing exciting or special or well-made enough to make you want to go back and try it again. The pizza was just not up to par, I'm sorry. You don't feel well-served, we must have been unlucky.

29/08/2025: It's known for its wide selection of piadinas, which you can also customize to your liking. They also offer a burger option. The staff I met was pleasant and engaging. Rosa is a smart, sweet, and very helpful girl. Highly recommended!

26/10/2025: We stumbled upon OSTERIA DAI GIMUI by chance last night with a last-minute reservation.
Well...the dishes were a delight for the palate and a feast for the eyes. My compliments to Chef Eros, who clearly puts so much love and passion into what he does. Kudos also to the beautiful and sweet Ludovica, who served us with professionalism and such grace.
We'll definitely be back.

02/10/2025: Sicilians on vacation in Trieste, we have some excellent ice cream shops in Sicily. Being a pastry chef as well, I was fascinated by the layout, cleanliness, and order... The ice cream, of course, was amazing. 😋😋

13/09/2025: If you go to the Villanova Caves, stop at Ai Templari. The food is good and the hospitality is excellent. It's a lovely place that also tells a nice story. Oh, and you can eat there even if you don't go to the caves.
