16/12/2025: Elegant and refined, the atmosphere is managed by competent, kind, and smiling staff (we all know that these qualities are far from guaranteed). I ate one of the best frichis of my life. Our guests tried other dishes and were all satisfied (I know them well: they're merciless critics, so if they left satisfied, it means everything was truly delicious). The prices are decidedly reasonable, especially after years of skyrocketing prices everywhere. Regardless, excellent value for the high quality. We'll be back, definitely in the warmer months to enjoy the spectacular view of Udine and the surrounding area and the truly friendly welcome. Thank you!

26/10/2025: We stumbled upon OSTERIA DAI GIMUI by chance last night with a last-minute reservation. Well...the dishes were a delight for the palate and a feast for the eyes. My compliments to Chef Eros, who clearly puts so much love and passion into what he does. Kudos also to the beautiful and sweet Ludovica, who served us with professionalism and such grace. We'll definitely be back.

14/12/2025: A place with a youthful vibe, not your typical village bar, impeccably and professionally managed by the owner and her other wonderful young lady, who are very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent for an aperitif with friends, accompanied by a "cicchetto" (a typical Italian snack). Top-quality ingredients, truly delicious. I didn't have dinner, but the food looks excellent. Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area.

12/07/2025: Trattoria on Via Nazionale, a few kilometers from Ampezzo on Cima Corso. Ample parking, new building surrounded by greenery. Rustic decor, traditional cuisine with many game specialties. Fast service. Helpful staff.

05/03/2026: We ate here on two evenings and both times the food was excellent – ​​the antipasti, pasta, fish, and desserts were all delicious – and the wines were very good too. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back :)

28/12/2025: Located in the center of Pesariis, a beautiful village in Prato Carnico (province of Udine), is a small but very welcoming restaurant, tastefully furnished with original period walls and vaults. The owners' welcome is excellent from the start. The first sensation upon entering is that of being in a warm and inviting place. The furnishings and decor are meticulously crafted and have not been left to chance. The love and care with which this place was created is striking. The menu is anything but banal, and with each course the owner explains all the ingredients and the preparation method. The palate delights with every bite... so much so that I only included the desserts in the photos because I was too busy enjoying the course 😅). If you go to visit Pesariis (I recommend it, it's a little gem), you can't miss lunch or dinner at this restaurant.

16/12/2025: I recently had dinner with colleagues. The food was divine; every dish was fabulous! Especially the salted meat appetizer. The rustic setting creates the perfect atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.
