Pappardelle with venison, raw and with pieces of venison identical to the venison we ordered under the name of "Peposo di cervo" (deer peposo), served with slices of polenta like the ones you usually buy fried in a chip shop, but unfortunately they weren't even heated, so everything was lukewarm and cold, which obviously makes you sick after three forkfuls. The peposo was so peppery that you couldn't even taste the venison. A side dish of porcini mushroom caps served on a plate with a little parsley, which after four pieces also became sickly because they were full of water from the freezing process, which also completely sapped their flavor. A fried potato that with ketchup and mayonnaise is still edible. A liter of wine that costs 9 euros, if you order it in two half-liters to avoid waste, they charge 12 euros because a half-liter costs 6. What is the Unity Day special?
