18/05/2025: Excellent pastry shop and cafe, wide choice of sweet and savoury, courteous and efficient staff.

18/05/2025: Nice complete place, where you can have breakfast, to an aperitif with good products. In my case we took 2 aperol spritz accompanied by a mixed cutting board, good and abundant. Spritz with cutting board, €9 per person which I consider a fair price. Friendly staff. I will definitely return.

01/05/2025: The waitress who served us and placed the order was not very nice in being at the request of a type of pizza due to lactose intolerance and according to the procedures of the sector manager who in the chosen pizza by removing 1/2 ingredients would have paid the full price of the chosen pizza because the system does not provide for the stopover but only the addition!! It's a shame that pinch in Casalecchio di Reno like in Bologna uses a system where the customer chooses a pizza and if you take away I'll take away the price, which didn't happen in Castel Maggiore by the waitress Elena who made sure that we seemed to have extreme requests, so much so that my wife in the end took something else. 11/05/2025: kind and friendly welcome welcoming and fresh environment Clean bathrooms Quality raw materials Prices - quite high (photo attached menu) Results in the kitchen so-so: - cappellacci with artichokes, rating 7/10 - Tortellini in parmesan cream rating, 7.5/10 - Tagliatelle with meat sauce: rating 5/10 (tasteless and lacking in character) - Traditional lasagne: 5/10 Overcooked and not very tasty - lamb with potatoes: rating 8/10, the best dish - Suckling pig with three vinegars: 4/10 The fat had not melted into the meat which was knotty and without external crunchiness Side notes: - positive: they give the receipt without having to ask for it - negative: They gave us the availability to bring a cake from the pastry shop but it involves a charge of €16 to cut it and serve it (first time for us)

17/05/2025: Since the last time I was there I think there has been a step backwards in the quality of the Nei shrimp gyoza, not even a hint of shrimp, while as for the vegetarian ramen I found the broth quite greasy. Finally, the prices are excessively high compared to the dishes.

20/04/2025: Everything is more beautiful than good, a nice place and I really appreciate the mood of eating all crowded together at the counter without a reservation, but I was expecting a decidedly better ramen. I didn't like the wagyu one, perhaps personal taste, the spicy one wasn't spicy at all and the burnt meat gave the broth a not very good flavour, perhaps it was strong since I had asked for extra. No dorayaki, rather don't really serve them or find a way not to let them dry out like that... All in all, a good dinner, but there are many ramen bars in Bologna where you can book, even sit at a normal table if you want, and, for one thing, they make the lamian in front of you, all this while paying less and eating better. A big MAH

26/05/2025: Ridiculous and inedible, I practically left more than half the pizza, everything was horrible, terrible service, rude waiters, poor food, if I ask for a sausage and broccoli rabe with provola cheese, don't send me a sausage, spinach and fior di latte.

23/05/2025: Post-conference lunch and everyone was satisfied with everything; food, service, environment and courtesy! We will be back!!!!

14/07/2024: Piacevolissima sorpresa. Pranzo in famiglia. Tortellini fritti perfetti e gustosi. I primi sono probabilmente uno dei cavalli di battaglia.....ragù fatto come se fosse quello di casa....gramigna alla salsiccia molto buona tortelloni gustosi e ben conditi . Cotoletta bolognese e alla petroniana in salsa di tartufo gustose e abbondanti come porzioni.... ottime le patate fritte che non sono da busta , fritto alla bolognese come si comanda e dolci fatti in casa veramente buoni........il tutto accompagnato da cortesia dello staff che risulta un ingrediente unico. A presto

14/05/2025: We went to this bar for an aperitif, one of our friends had a bike and after an hour of it being there they contested it with a BAD MANNER WE HAVE NEVER HEARD, they sent us away even though we had already paid telling us to GO TO WORK!!! I TELL YOU ONE THING, I WORK WITH THE PUBLIC LIKE YOU AND IF I HAD EVEN ALLOWED MYSELF TO SPEAK LIKE THAT TO A CUSTOMER I WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT. Having said that I hope you change the staff (especially the female ones) because as things stand now you will never find regular and loyal customers and YOURS IS REAL BAD MANNER, best regards and never see you again

15/12/2024: Ristorante dove NON tornerò sicuramente , ma non per il cibo che è di buonissima qualità, ma per l’estrema freddezza della cameriera/ titolare / non lo so, comunque unica figura presente nel locale. NON Esiste UN SORRISO, UN GRAZIE ! NON SI PUÒ FARE QUEL GENERE DI LAVORO E NON SORRIDERE MAI , NEANCHE DOPO AVER PAGATO 200 euro ! Cambia mestiere! Assoluta antipatia . Sembra scocciata, mai più!
