Honestly, for the prices they have something more can be done... especially in the service and cleaning of the tables where you consume.
The service workers in contact with croissants and food in general with long hair blowing in the wind are not the best

Went twice at 07.00, the counter was bare of croissants, only cream and chocolate croissants were present. Macchiato €1.70, espresso €1.50 (nothing exceptional). I took a cream brioche, you can feel the quality even if the brioche is small.

The calzone is a great classic, like the pasta with cooked cream, in my opinion very good! prices a little above average.
The pastry shop is good, I don't really appreciate the cafeteria. 3 euros for an "American" coffee
Often queues at the checkout not because of too much flow but because of management.

Sicuramente la qualità dei dolci è più che buona, ma il servizio e i prezzi pregiudicano un’ottima recensione.
Ordino un caffè macchiato al banco (1.50€) senza acqua. Al momento dell’ordinazione mi vengono chiesti altri 20cent per il latte. Stupita, pago..ma in fondo in cassa avevo specificato la mia richiesta!
Che dire 1.70€ per un caffè macchiato, al banco, addossata ad altri clienti, su un piano sporco da precedente consumazioni, senza un goccio d’acqua, in periferia a Bologna, mi sembra esagerato!

One of the best pastry shops in Italy: pastries, mignons, cakes, semifreddos, but also savory calzones, focaccias, stuffed savory croissants. All the preparations are of the highest quality, whatever you taste you can't go wrong. Added to this are exclusive and always different coffee blends. It is also worth mentioning the chocolate they produce in different delicious versions. The environment is elegant and modern but you always feel at ease. The courtesy and attention to the customer are those of times gone by.

Siamo stati qui a passare un’ oretta. Buono il caffè 1,5€, buona la pasticceria anche se un po’ caretta.
Ho chiesto un goccio d’ acqua, mi e’ stato chiesto di pagare 60 centesimi.
