Adjacent to the Granarolo factory is a modern building housing the Fabbri pastry shop. As soon as you enter, you realize this isn't just a bar. The pralines, brioches, and mini pastries are meticulously crafted, creating a pleasing harmony of colors. The bar is standard, though actually inferior to the rest of the store. Coffee should always be accompanied by a sip of water, and the tables on the splendid outdoor terrace should be equipped with napkins. These small details, though jarring, detract from the excellent quality of the products.
