11/06/2025: The seating is really nice, and the service is at least not unfriendly. But unfortunately, the only food served here was pure Italian convenience food. We had pasta – spaghetti carbonara. Cooking it halfway tasty is really no rocket science. I don't know when I last ate something so bad. We even asked at the beginning whether the pasta was homemade. The answer was "Si, certo!" Perhaps the pasta itself was actually made by some poor worker in some factory – perhaps! But what we had here was undoubtedly a carelessly heated ready meal. And served quite unappetizingly in a paper plate (!!!)! If you like that kind of thing, you've never eaten homemade pasta from a real chef (someone who knows how). If you're allergic to preservatives and flavor enhancers, you should also stay away from this place. Expensive, bad, a complete tourist rip-off! Don't bother – there's much better in Bologna!

09/06/2025: Food was alright, service was good, but We were looking for authentic Italian food. I would like to see olive oil in a carafe instead of little plastic bags and the same goes for cheese - would like to see it plated or in w bowl instead of plastic bags.

20/04/2025: Easter Egg 2025 "SURPRISE?!?!" Oh no, the egg must ALSO be the surprise (especially for children), this time we're not quite there, you can't imagine the disappointment of the grandchildren when they saw the surprise. I won't say anything else so as not to reveal to those who haven't opened it yet, but there was a lot of regret. The quality is always excellent but the surprise...an unexpected slip.

I usually go to this place very often and I have always had a good time, but unfortunately in the last period I have to note a drastic drop in the quality of both food and service, I have had more and more episodes of disorders once I returned home so I had radically reduced the frequency. A last chance recently but unfortunately nothing positive, I will not return. Old ginger (almost brown), not very fresh fish, extremely dirty grilled prawns that had to be left because they were really indecent, extremely greasy tempura and not very varied. I am very sorry for this review because I do not usually leave reviews especially if they are negative but it was really money wasted, I hope they can return to the high level they had.

Perhaps the blackboard of flavors outside and inside, given the limited space of the shop and the sidewalk, should be arranged in another way because between gluten-free and vegan flavors it is difficult to choose. Honestly, I have been a customer of another ice cream shop on the other side of the river for years but I think I will always come here to try the other flavors.
