I migliori ristoranti di cucina vegetariana in Bologna

19/04/2025: Stamattina ero di passaggio a Minerbio e così mi sono fermato qui per la colazione, essendomi stata consigliata questa pasticceria da una collega che abita qui in paese. La scelta di dolce è ricca e variegata. La mia brioche speciale con la crema chantilly era squisita e anche il caffè decaffeinato non era male; gentile il servizio. Però nonostante la buona qualità degli ingredienti che giustificano il prezzo, rimango sempre allibito constatando che i prezzi delle pasticcerie della provincia emiliana sono uguali o un po' più alti di quelli del centro di Bologna.

28/04/2025: Atmospheric pub from times gone by! You expect the right food, the raw materials are excellent. The place is managed with great care by a gentleman who works hard and by the empathetic Barlady who is also attentive to table service (who is also competent in cinema and painting ed. Hopper/Cavani). I ate the Emilia club sandwich (good but does not compete with the burgers in this pub) but it was served well, then I particularly appreciated the platter with the right quantities and the careful plating. 15/05/2025: Excellent! I was delighted by this pistachio sandwich that was sweet but moderate, soft and filled with liquid pistachio (not pasty like many places)… It reminded me so much of Sicily 🥰. There were a lot of people so the service was a bit congested, but that was okay.

For goodness sake, nothing to say but for 3 trios of identical simple and unpretentious first courses, two bottles of water, two cups with strawberries and a cup of mulled milk 100 euros seems crazy to me. Dear manager friend, you've seen me once and you'll never see me again.

02/06/2025: Just bought 1/2 Kg of ice cream at the modest price of 15.00 euros. 30 euros per Kg seems excessive to me, ice cream as good as many other ice cream shops, I didn't hear angels singing or see paradise. 26/05/2025: Excellent pizza, many variations and good combination of flavors. It is not always possible. For the rest, no special mention. You eat the pizza and leave. Good acoustic reaction favored by soundproofing panels that allow conversation even when there are many people, and this is an important aspect. Pleasant appearance of the walls and ceiling adorned with green plants obviously artificial.

25/05/2025: Good pizza but not worth the price. I took a margherita 2.0. The pizza was digestible and with quality ingredients, but apart from the crust which was medium sized the rest of the pizza was a veil. I paid 9.90 euros, I expected better, but I have certainly eaten many worse pizzas
