Gusto Pizza had a VERY GOOD pizza chef for a long time. Unfortunately, over the past year, it was taken over by management that was completely incompetent for a summer break. But a couple of months ago, it was back under management that truly deserves the hype: SUPER NEW MANAGEMENT! Super fast and friendly. <3 Simply the best dough in Bologna. Elastic as it should be, perfectly cooked, and the freshest ingredients.
