With the new management we have finally returned to the quality that has always distinguished this place. I ordered 5 pizzas yesterday and I must absolutely say that they were really good. Cooked and topped as a top pizza should be. Well done guys, keep it up.

Gusto Pizza had a VERY GOOD pizza chef for a long time. Unfortunately, over the past year, it was taken over by management that was completely incompetent for a summer break. But a couple of months ago, it was back under management that truly deserves the hype: SUPER NEW MANAGEMENT! Super fast and friendly. <3 Simply the best dough in Bologna. Elastic as it should be, perfectly cooked, and the freshest ingredients.

28/06/2026: It was a very pleasant surprise for me.
17/06/2026: Reading the reviews, I'm a little shocked that no one thinks this restaurant is very expensive. Last week we ate at your place. The two of us had a first course, a dessert, and a glass of wine (my husband). I had a second course, a dessert, and a divine glass of wine. Two bottles of water and two coffees. All for 93 euros. Considering that we ate at a small table on the sidewalk with no tablecloth...with menus written in pen on two loose sheets of paper...where the prices of desserts and glasses of wine weren't even listed...I find it truly exorbitant to have spent that amount, even though the food was excellent.
