Very elegant atmosphere, with pleasant background music that relaxes and helps you savor every bite, without making you rush, but with the right amount of calm. As for the service, there's nothing to praise or criticize, I'd say just because of the location, perhaps a little "cold and detached," but that leaves room for the proper intimacy of the table. Dishes: SUPERIOR, tasty, elegant, and delightful combinations, some more explosive, some more delicate, the ones I prefer, like the various lime marinades or the raw scampi millefeuille ❤️❤️. What can I say? I will absolutely return. Thanks also so much to Maurilio, an excellent host who was able to direct us to simple and complex dishes, allowing us to fully experience his cuisine. The pairing with the Chardonnay was also excellent. See you soon and best of luck to all the staff.

Absolutely incredible! The best sushi I have had outside of Japan! The service was impeccable and I can't stop thinking about how good the food was. Everything we ate was so delicious and we finished with the wagyu beef, a perfect bite. I'm looking forward to the next time I get to eat here! They also have a really nice wine list. Thank you to the staff for a very memorable evening!

The best gourmet sushi restaurant I've ever had! Many Japanese friends describe the silk sushi as being on par with anything you'll find in Japan. The quality is truly incredible. The wagyu beef is also top-notch, sliced ​​perfectly.

I’m sorry to say that my experience did not meet expectations. While the restaurant presents itself as a refined and high-end venue, the overall quality did not fully align with that positioning. We made a reservation and specifically requested an indoor table. Upon arrival, we were seated outside, and when we asked about our request, we were initially told there was no availability. The outdoor area was quite uncomfortable due to the heat, lack of airflow, and an unpleasant smell, which made the experience less enjoyable. After asking again and mentioning our reservation request, we were eventually moved inside, which we appreciated. The service was average and not exceptional for a restaurant of this category. Additionally, we were charged a cover fee of 3.5€, although no appetizers or bread were provided, which was unclear to us. As for the sushi, it was good but not particularly memorable or distinctive. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the experience did not justify the expectations, and I’m not sure I would return.

Nine-course omakase. Spectacular, top-quality dishes. The location is elegant, and the service is in keeping with the menu.
