22/09/2025: Disappointing Experience We only ordered two mixed fried fish dishes, and despite them being simple dishes, we had to wait over an hour for them. When they finally arrived, they were half raw and very greasy, truly sloppy. At the cash register, the waitress immediately asked us for our money without even asking if everything was okay: zero courtesy and zero kindness. Even though we had already pointed out the long wait, there was no apology or even the slightest bit of customer service, much less a discount for the poor service. Unfortunately, the service was terrible: the waitress was completely unfriendly and unprofessional. We definitely won't be returning, and we wouldn't recommend this place given the bad experience we had, despite the beautiful setting.

05/10/2025: I've been to this bakery occasionally and have generally had a good experience, except today. After asking to split a breakfast for two, one of the clerks started talking to her colleague as if they were having a major dilemma, told me it was okay, and then began laughing openly at my request. Honestly, not the best way to win over customers.

23/07/2025: I’m genuinely shocked this place is still open. I tried the mango and it literally tasted like detergent—no trace of actual mango flavor. Just foul. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was disgusting. What made it worse was the owner's complete indifference when I pointed it out. No apology, no concern—just shrugged it off. You can tell something’s off the moment you walk in. On the left, there’s a tub of melted “granita” that looks like it’s been sitting there for days. It’s unappetizing and honestly concerning from a hygiene perspective. Seriously—this place should be inspected. I wouldn’t feel safe eating anything here.

23/07/2025: I'm not one to write reviews, but this ice cream shop deserves it. We ordered ice cream, and after the first spoonful, we knew we had to go again, so we ordered a second. We'll definitely be back, and if you're in Bologna, it's a must-visit. They have some chairs outside where you can enjoy the atmosphere, and the owners are very friendly.

07/08/2025: The best ice creams from our various trips to Italy!!! A must-see "gastronomic" stop in Ferrara, about a 20-minute walk from the cathedral. And a wonderfully informative chat with the woman who makes her ice cream with love and without industrial chemicals. Excellent natural and original flavors, ice cream that doesn't melt in a minute despite the summer heat. Go for it!

19/10/2025: We stayed for a few days towards the end of September... so it was the low season. The bathroom was tidy and clean! The friendliness and courtesy of the person who takes care of the beach was an added bonus... top! I'd return just for him... unfortunately, I don't remember his name! Recommended

28/09/2025: I visited this spa with my family at the end of September to give ourselves a last hurrah for summer. We were greeted by the staff with kindness and warmth, and enjoyed a delicious lunch with selected local wines to accompany our dishes. To round things off, we were treated to a craft liqueur, which we enjoyed while relaxing while our daughters played in the dedicated play area. In short, a truly relaxing and pampering experience for both adults and children. I recommend it to everyone.

The food is excellent, starting with high-quality, local ingredients, such as vegetables from the garden. The dishes, with authentic flavors, are prepared and served with care and refinement, even the most traditional ones. The location is fairytale-like: you find yourself immersed and sheltered in the greenery of nature. The staff is very friendly and approachable, and the service is attentive and meticulous. A highly recommended experience.

29/09/2025: We stopped for a quick dinner since we were on the road and in a hurry, but we wasted almost an hour because the service was so slow. You can't wait that long for a piadina topped with cured meats. Otherwise, nothing to complain about: the piadina was delicious and of excellent quality.
