24/06/2025: Absolutely delicious buffet style restaurant with a variety of dishes that change daily. Huge variety of clearly marked and delicious vegan options! We've dined here several times and it's always been delicious. A platter with 3 choices from the menu (including vegan salad, variety of protein seitan and tempeh dishes, pastas and sides) was €13 and larger one with 4 choices €15. And honestly it was good value for the size and quality!

18/05/2025: We arrived very late and despite this they welcomed us with courtesy and we felt at home! The guys are very good, helpful and welcoming. The zampanelle are the best, it's been a long time since I found them so perfect. The dessert, mascarpone made by them, is a must try.

25/05/2025: After several visits there i can confidently say that this is one of the best restaurants in the area if not all the Emilia region. Top quality dishes, great atmosphere and good selection of wines. Must visit for sure!!!

09/05/2025: A decidedly original place with its own identity rooted in the land (the things on display are proof of this) The snails are excellent, a perfect balance of flavors Good choice between land and sea dishes with some off-menu items that are presented in a particular way Full-bodied wine list enriched with explanations on the grape variety and provenance To conclude, the noteworthy desserts left a very nice memory of the evening. The service is also good, fast and ready to satisfy requests!

15/06/2025: Bel locale vista lago, con piscina attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini. Ci siamo stati per una cena con amici. Ristorante che propone menù a base di funghi e tartufi (in stagione) e tradizionale romagnolo buona varietà nella scelta pizza. Consigliato.

19/04/2025: Stamattina ero di passaggio a Minerbio e così mi sono fermato qui per la colazione, essendomi stata consigliata questa pasticceria da una collega che abita qui in paese. La scelta di dolce è ricca e variegata. La mia brioche speciale con la crema chantilly era squisita e anche il caffè decaffeinato non era male; gentile il servizio. Però nonostante la buona qualità degli ingredienti che giustificano il prezzo, rimango sempre allibito constatando che i prezzi delle pasticcerie della provincia emiliana sono uguali o un po' più alti di quelli del centro di Bologna.
