23/06/2025: Esta puede ser mi primera crítica que he escrito sobre un restaurante. Nos topamos con este agujero en la joya de la pared por casualidad. Lo vi en los mapas de Apple y vi las calificaciones y pensé que iríamos. Esta sin duda fue la mejor comida italiana auténtica que he probado. Los espaguetis eran absolutamente increíble y de buen gusto. Y el ravioli se comió la salsa y el queso más sabrosos que he probado. Todo fue una sorpresa encantadora y completamente alegre la noche. Todavía estoy pensando en ello un día después. Por no mencionar que el desierto del plato estilo donut de papa fue mejor que la mayoría de donuts que he probado. Y para colmo el servicio fue dedicado y diligente. No solo probó los espaguetis antes, sino que preguntó si eran buenos después de cada plato y sin duda lo era. Solo mencionar que el chef prácticamente no habla inglés, así que prepárate para usar google translate o tropieza a través de los pedidos. No podría recomendar más. Molto molto bouno

10/08/2025: We discovered this corner of Brazil while looking for something to eat for lunch before returning to the beach. We'd been wanting to try Brazilian cuisine for a while, and we were thrilled. The service was attentive, the food delicious, and the restaurant was well-maintained. We returned to the beach happy and with full bellies.

06/07/2025: Pranzo tra amici…l’intromissione del cameriere Andrea e’ stata a dir poco imbarazzante, ha chiesto spiegazioni su una presunta risata, alludendo al fatto che fosse riferita a lui. Naturalmente la risata se c’è stata era dovuta ad una nostra conversazione privata. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni, dopo aver pagato 405 euro di conto, abbiamo avuto deboli scuse e l’offerta di un caffè.Da un ristorante con una stella Michelin ci si aspetta maggiore professionalità. Il cibo in questi casi passa in secondo piano. A non rivederci!

10/08/2025: A real discovery! Core a Core is a charming restaurant nestled in a beautiful garden, creating a magical and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special evening. The food is simply delicious: fresh ingredients, carefully prepared dishes, and authentic flavors that showcase Cilento tradition with a touch of originality. The fish was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. Every course was a delight. The staff was friendly and attentive, always smiling. Excellent value.

03/08/2025: There's only one thing more important than good food in any restaurant: good service. Unfortunately, Casa Pappalardo spectacularly missed the mark. After booking, we arrived about 10 minutes late (they don't have parking, which will be important later in the review). The young owner informed us that we could have the privilege of a table with a window view, provided we vacated it by 9:00 PM. To put this into context, there was only one other table dining in the restaurant, despite our late arrival. We sat at our "timed" table, only to discover that parking at the back of the building was not permitted. The owner, posing as a business man—a common occurrence in southern Italy—prompted a flurry of phone calls, after which we were allowed to leave the car, again under the condition that we eat quickly and leave. Let's just say his concern was short-lived; It was rude enough to make us leave and take our business elsewhere. Finally, a public service announcement for businesses complaining about the decline in tourism on the Amalfi Coast: if you were more accommodating to your guests, you wouldn't have people like me writing such scathing reviews about your establishment. I respectfully advise you to do better.

06/06/2025: Weer heerlijk genoten van het 'chef menu's van Chef Vincenzo Cucolo in restaurant Aquadulcis in Valle della Lucania, wat een feest. Met behoud van smaak weet hij je telkens weer te verrassen met gerechten bijna te mooi opgemaakt om op te eten. Hoewel het restaurant al enkele jaren een vermelding in de Michelingids heeft is voor ons is iedere gang is een Michelin ster waard. De wijnen zorgvuldig uitgezocht door sommelier Francesco zijn een smaakvolle aanvulling op de gerechten.

01/06/2025: A place of unique beauty. Excellent service. The food is an experience of taste and variety. The chef prepares sublime dishes and offers unique tasting menus. It is always worth it when we are in Cilento.

20/07/2025: Sono stato a questo rustorantino a marzo del 2025. DELUSISSIMO. Ho trovato una macchia sul bicchiere e quando chiesi alla cameriera un altro bicchiere mi disse come se nulla fosse che si trattava di rossetto incrostato. Non lo consiglio.

23/07/2025: The best restaurant in Cetara, hands down. The hostess was incredibly kind, and the fish was delicious. We had an exceptional grilled fish platter, with a special mention for the tuna: tender, flavorful, and phenomenal. The icing on the cake was the lemon dessert, a must-try! We'll be back!

07/07/2025: We had such a good time the first night, we came three nights in a row until we left Cetara! The food is utterly amazing! Great portion sizes, full of flavour, super fresh, generous wine pours, interesting options with every catch of the day. And of course, Signora Nadia. The best hostess in town! Grazie mille, Signora. We had a truly amazing time (incredibile, non soprendente! 😂) We will miss you! 🥹 Con amore dall'Australia.

26/06/2025: Cute lemon terrace to dine under. Food was good, and one of the tastiest caprese salads I’ve had! Otherwise, service wasn’t the best. Disability accessible which was nice to see as most areas have lots of stairs!
