10/05/2026: An authentic experience in the heart of the Amalfi Coast Today we had lunch at Casa Pappalardo in Maiori and left with full hearts and satisfied palates. A family-run restaurant where tradition meets gastronomic research with rare grace. The cuisine is exquisite and of the highest quality: each dish is a perfect balance of authentic flavors and gourmet presentation, meticulously crafted like a work of art. Hygiene and cleanliness are impeccable, and you can immediately sense the care and respect for guests in every corner. But what truly makes this place unique is the atmosphere. Signora Maria, the hostess, welcomes you with a courtesy and empathy that make you feel immediately at home, as if you were part of the family. Her sons, top-notch chefs, bring to the table creations that go beyond the "good": they are sensory experiences, sophisticated, and refined, without ever losing their connection to the Campania region. A memorable lunch, shared with my daughter and husband, that we will remember fondly. Casa Pappalardo is more than just a restaurant: it's hospitality, passion, and a love for good food. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

20/05/2026: 🍕✨ The best pizza we’ve had in Salerno! Everything was perfect from the food to the atmosphere. The pizza was incredibly delicious, fresh, and made with so much love. I especially recommend the lemon cake and the strawberry cake, both were amazing and the perfect way to end the meal 🍋🍓 The owner is also extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. If you are in Salerno, this place is definitely a must-visit! ❤️

29/04/2026: For dinner, my partner and I chose the five-course tasting menu with matching wines. At 8:15 PM, when we crossed the threshold of the main door, our wonderful journey began. From aperitif to dessert, every dish overwhelmed and inebriated our senses, all of them. Simple and elegant dishes, presented with simplicity. Distinctive ingredients. Few frills. Lots of substance. Lots of study, technique, and research. Here, even the most complex dishes are understandable, no matter the audience. Well done. Very well done.

14/10/2025: We are from South Korea and have travel to Amalfi, visit this restaurant for our dinner. Everyone was so kind and made us happy from the entrance. Chef's food was just ‘fantastic’!!!!!! I love this place and chef, also every workers! Perfect restaurant for me ever❤️

08/10/2025: Perfect dining experience! Everything from the owner, the waitress, the food and the atmosphere, this was one of the most memorable meals we had in 16 days in Italy! We did it right down the menu with Scallops as the appetizer, then shared the 1st course and the each ordered our own 2nd courses. Each stage of the food was perfection and you could get a sense that this is going to be a special meal right from the start with the appetizer. I'm not a wine drinker so the owner suggested a type of lemon soda they have and it was served with a slice of orange 🍊... I loved it and ordered another... it's like he knew me better than I know myself. The sauces on each protein were smoothly blended with all the flavors working together in harmony! Beautiful view of the Amalfi Coast doesn't hurt either! On the way out I told him I would write a review so here it is a day later I highly recommend taking the time to dine here as you won't regret it. My wife and I both agreed this was the meal of the entire trip!

28/04/2026: The most delicious hazelnut ice cream ever! Such a cute hidden gem. We were so lucky to discover it while wandering through Ravello, away from the crowds. €4 for a small, €5 for a medium, and €6 for a large.

01/05/2026: I had lunch today for the first time at this very, very nice place. The atmosphere was comfortable, the food was excellent, the service excellent, and the staff very friendly. I recommend it and will definitely be back.

14/05/2026: I bought the famous "realistic fruit" pistachio and lemon delight. They're really good. The only downside is the price... €13 for both.

12/06/2026: After eating delicious pastas and pizzas for a week, we were in the mood for a hamburger. The hamburgers at O ​​Barão exceeded our expectations; we had a wonderful meal in a very clean establishment with very friendly service. Highly recommended!

11/06/2026: Have you been to the Amalfi Coast for a while? If Italian food isn’t quite your thing anymore, you might want to check this out! The young lady with the black glasses is super friendly and welcoming. They have two locations in the city, and the menus are a bit different.

26/04/2026: We had a wonderful experience, celebrating the authentic flavors of Salerno's tradition. We enjoyed an excellent charcuterie board accompanied by local products, including a truly flavorful and high-quality scamorza. The atmosphere is simple and authentic, just how we like it: a very down-to-earth place, where you can feel the true spirit of the area. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and young, making you feel immediately at ease. To make everything even more special, they also offered us some truly unique and delicious bitters, a much-appreciated finishing touch. Overall, a truly positive experience that we recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and feel at home. We'll definitely be back!

22/04/2026: Excellent place to eat salami, ham, cheese, and charcuterie boards in general. A pitcher of wine cost €8 in October 2025. The charcuterie board was very generous for sharing. The bread was a little stale. I highly recommend it for a relaxed outing with friends. We were the only ones who wanted to eat there. The tables are outside. You have to ask the staff to set up the tables. But the service was excellent. I recommend it.

21/05/2026: This was the most amazing dinner we had in italy! The food was amazing and not too expensive the service was great and the views of the sunset were even better! Definitely recommend this place!

13/05/2026: We were welcomed like friends in a breathtakingly beautiful setting. A sea view just steps from Amalfi that rivals the most famous town on the coast. And what we ate was certainly no exception, with the aroma of the sea and Campania in every bite, from appetizer to dessert. A fantastic experience! Highly recommended.

13/05/2026: We went on a quiet night to this wonderful restaurant. The food was delicious. I had the seafood Bolognese which was exquisite followed by the turbot on lemon sauce, also great. Lovely!

From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful design conveyed a pleasant sense of attention to detail, further confirmed by the impeccable service: the staff was professional, attentive, and always friendly. ​The real star, however, was the cuisine. The use of the highest-quality ingredients, handled with skill and passion, was evident; each course arrived perfectly cooked, with balanced flavors and inviting presentation. It's rare to find such a perfect balance between the freshness of the ingredients and the execution technique. ​Everything was offered at a fair price, well-proportioned to the quality of the food. It was an extremely positive experience that I can recommend without hesitation. I will definitely return to explore the menu further.

22/11/2025: We found this little jewel on 11/21/25 while exploring the Amalfi coast. A delightful little restaurant with personal attention, all sorts of great fish and the specialty of the area, anchovies done in several different ways. We all loved the food and the experience. Seek it out. Parking is difficult but well worth it.

15/11/2025: My first time in Cetara, I wandered around and while I was trying to figure out whether I could rely on the restaurant for lunch or opt for a grocery store given my dietary issues, I met Nadia. She listened to me and then did something unexpected and something I'd never seen before: she took me by the arm and led me into the kitchen. I explained my allergies and concerns. The kitchen was spotless, and the cook gave me all the reassurance I needed (the last time I trusted her, I ended up in the hospital). I ate lunch with all the peace of mind I have at home. Nadia pampered us, and I was able to celebrate my birthday without any worries. 😍 And I'll add that both the wine and the oil are absolutely exceptional and straight from Cilento, "the land of the Mediterranean diet." I recommend choosing it, especially since it all makes up for the expense. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
