09/11/2025: Cold food, scapito, Genovese seriously terrible, scapita, pasta overcooked and cold, the meat also cold and scapita, without sauce, very dry, also missing product, instead of two Genovesi we received one, luckily at this point.

Serious Genovese: cold, bland, and overcooked pasta, with no sauce
Genoese-style meat: cold and without sauce
Provola in carrozza: the provola was a thin slice of cheese on a fried bread sandwich filled with oil.

01/01/2026: We ordered at 6.30pm and the sandwiches still have to arrive at 9.05pm. We pressed for time and despite our insistent calls they suddenly stopped answering after having promised to deliver within 5 minutes.
20/12/2025: Terrible service.
Order scheduled for 9:10 PM, but at 10:15 PM, nothing has arrived.
I called to inquire, and instead, they keep answering. 10 minutes and it arrives. Unprofessional attitude.
No communication, no apology, and a complete lack of respect for the customer.
Poor experience, not recommended.
Never again!

02/08/2025: I bought a cinnamon roll...it was at least 3/4 days old!
01/08/2025: It's good in itself, but it's inconceivable that they never have vegan croissants in the morning. Every time I go to buy them, I put them off until the following week.
I find it annoying that, as usual, I have to go without, I don't know whether it's due to disorganization or simply because they don't think about it, and thank goodness it's a bakery.
Today is Friday, and not having croissants all weekend is unnerving, considering that if you're vegan, you can only choose two products here, one of which is practically never available. Very disappointed.

17/10/2025: I'm warning you, unless you're a millionaire... anything you drink is robbed, in capital letters. And the prices on the menu aren't real. 12 euros for a Coke...!!!!!! And the bathroom is worse than a shabby tavern...!!!! I hope they don't censor me, because it's something they've done to me more than often, on two occasions: they've re-edited my message and censored it twice. That's how it is. In a free country, censorship is worse than it was under Franco.

08/12/2025: The food isn't excellent, but it's not bad either. Highly recommended for those who want a typical Neapolitan experience. The traditional music, sung in chorus, is very evocative. The only flaw was that the speaker didn't work and it was barely audible.
18/10/2025: Very nice atmosphere and service ♥️ Price-performance ratio is excellent!
