31/08/2025: Kind, helpful staff, maximum attention, great food.

31/08/2025: I had a vegetarian lasagne for 12 euro, which was so small portion that I had to eat something else after and had almost no taste. On top they charge extra for the table. We ended up paying 5 euros for that. The restaurant doesn’t have seaview so don’t understand how they can charge for that.

08/08/2025: It is truly shameful to prepare a latte macchiato or even a caffè macchiato with heated milk, adding old coffee, already on the counter for who knows how long or how many days, to want to earn maybe a few cents more, a truly ugly scene; In practice in the morning one goes to the bar Orders a coffee thinking that it is a freshly prepared espresso and instead you go to look and it is an old coffee but they make you pay for it as new, truly disconcerting

19/04/2025: Exceptional pizzas, super sonic frying, tonight for the first time I had the mussel soup sent to me and I must say that in this regard too they were impeccable, deliveries always within the indicated times and with very polite staff. Try it to believe it!!! Congratulations for real and always thanks.

20/07/2025: I was invited to this restaurant for a wedding, and they basically have a valet who charges €3 to park your car in the restaurant parking lot. Absurd. I've never seen anything like it.

12/07/2025: Servizio scadente, ordinati 5 drink e non sono stati serviti stuzzichini. Differente trattamento riservato ad altri tavoli, ai quali sono stati serviti. Inoltre c’è stato detto che non potevano essere servite bevande analcoliche, ma gli altri tavoli hanno ordinato tranquillamente schwepps. Non ci ritorneremo.

09/06/2025: 😵😵❌❌So, assuming that they are ignorant in speaking and dealing with a customer, it wasn't our case but we've seen enough.... we sit down, they bring us an appetizer with mozzarella from the day before, soft tomatoes, first courses full of oil and fried food and a trio of reheated meats (fried food full of oil and reheated, very hard meat and tow, among all the ones we ordered, only the first course) We ate because we were hungry and with all due respect, we left at 4, from there at 8 in the evening with a stomach ache and I won't deny that I have worthy intestinal spasms 👎 from NIGHTMARE KITCHENS We leave one star because it's the minimum

02/06/2025: Posto bellissimo molto pulito la proprietaria molto disponibile e accogliente siamo stati a pranzo i paccheri al profumo di mare e l'orata al limone sono stati una sorpresa buonissima insieme al piatto di antipasto misto è venuto solo 20 € a persona veramente consigliato

17/08/2025: Bellavia has become a symbol of Naples, exported to the world, a pastry shop that has always helped rediscover the flavors of Neapolitan desserts. Beyond classic Neapolitan desserts, thanks to my son, I recently discovered a cake that, given its name, I thought was banal, but which I assure you is a delicacy: the "bread, butter, and jam" cake, made with sponge cake (though I've also tried a version with a biscuit base, similar to cheesecake, which isn't as good as the other). The only sore point is the prices, especially the location at the airport. In any case, everything is delicious.

07/06/2025: But the utmost antipathy, rudeness and lack of professionalism. If we had gone to the best pastry shop in New York or Dubai or Tokyo, surely the last of the cleaning staff would have been far kinder and more humble than the entire staff of this store. Too snobbish, it almost seemed like we were doing ourselves a favor by serving ourselves. I hadn't been there in a while, and I will never go back.

11/03/2025: I would like to point out that for some strange reason the review was published about two years later. We went to Hortus for a quick lunch yesterday. The welcome is top notch, they are all friendly and nice, as well as professional, but what went over the top is the quality and flavor of the food: as in an ancient Neapolitan tavern, you can find almost forgotten flavours, excellent Campania products, both produced and from the land, and dishes prepared in an impeccable way. In addition to what you can see in the photo, we tasted the "broccoli and sausage" pasta (I don't remember the name they gave it)... sublime.

04/05/2025: Good evening. I personally went for a takeaway. Friendly staff, choice between various first courses and side dishes with willingness to prepare something different at the moment if you requested it. Abundant and not paltry portions as their competitors are often applying, in addition to the quality of the dishes that my wife and I had the pleasure of eating (for the record we ate the lasagna and farfalle with pesto and cherry tomatoes). My rating can only be 5 stars

18/08/2025: I came despite the less than stellar reviews. I have to say I enjoyed this place: the food was delicious, the service was welcoming and fast, and the location was more relaxing than I expected. Overall, I had a pleasant evening and would return. I'd like to take this opportunity to point out that reviews should be written both ways, not just when the experience wasn't great. We need to recognize a job well done.
