The place is not very big, but it is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet, perfect for a quick but well-made meal. I was served quickly and with a good attitude, which is always appreciated. The prices are also quite good for what they offer.

05/01/2025: I'm honest, I was headed to 50 Kalò but there was an endless queue and I went to Fratelli la bufala, I would say a coincidence, but luckily. Place immediately available, both outdoors and under the gazebo or inside, helpful and professional staff, but the best point was the food, we took 4 different things, all exceptional. Buffalo steak served as a very good slice, excellent pizza, super good fried and seasoned pizza strips, but above all not heavy and potato chips made by them. What can I say, I will always go there when I'm in the area. Fair price for the place.

The other five pizzas, despite numerous requests to the staff, continued not to arrive. The situation was surreal: not only were the waiting times interminable, but the staff management was completely disorganized. The people who worked there were shouting at each other, talking back to customers and a tense and unpleasant atmosphere had been created in the place, with other customers protesting and raising their voices. No one could give clear explanations, no one took responsibility for the poor service.

29/03/2025: Purtroppo, l’esperienza in questa pizzeria è stata deludente. La pizza era bruciata all’esterno e cruda all’interno, segno di una cottura poco attenta. Il crocchè, invece, era eccessivamente salato e con un retrogusto acidulo davvero poco piacevole. L’unica nota positiva è stata la pizza alla pala con gateau, che si è rivelata ben bilanciata e gustosa. Peccato, perché il resto dell’offerta non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. Non credo di tornare.

Impasto leggero, accostamenti delicati e innovativi. Pizza squisita sia in teglia che la classica napoletana. Consigliatissimo!

It must be said that I have also ordered this type of thing elsewhere and of this one I can simply say that the dough was raw and the chocolate was unripe as if it had gone bad. Bad experience needless to say it was thrown away.
