07/10/2025: First of all, my family and I get our bread from them every morning and evening, so that means their food is good.
But what about the rudeness of the lady with the brown bob? And I'm not talking about the lady with the blue eyes; in fact, she's always kind, as are the younger girls. But it really does hurt the restaurant's image, because, as I repeat, the food is good. But someone you go to buy your food for can't make you feel unwelcome.

04/01/2026: We ordered two takeaway sandwiches on the menu, 8 euros and 8 euros (the second course wasn't complete, just a hamburger and fries) and the bill was 18 (they were takeaways, so no service).
10/11/2025: A real treat! The zucchini burger was delicious and the eggplant parmesan was incredible! We're Italian and we love cooking it—these were as good as my grandmother's! 🇮🇹🍆👏

03/01/2026: I ordered pizzas for home delivery at 8:30 PM. It's 9:50 PM and the pizzas still haven't arrived. I tried calling, but obviously they don't even answer. A company's reliability should be something you shouldn't underestimate.

We had a blast! The dough is very good and the ingredients are high-quality.
The price is more than reasonable.
I recommend it without hesitation.

31/01/2026: Just a stone's throw from home, it was a lovely discovery. The pizzas were excellent, as was the service and the welcome...we'll be back.
07/01/2026: The food was adequate, but the service was truly awful. I felt rushed when I ordered. I estimate that I came in around 10:30 PM to eat, and the pizzeria closed at midnight, so I had plenty of time. Also, when we ordered appetizers, one of them arrived different than we had ordered. The atmosphere was sparse, with no background music, and there was no one there, at least not the night I arrived.

17/02/2026: A truly disappointing evening.
We booked using a form that outlined the dress code and specifics of the evening, which were not respected at all. Furthermore, we were moved to the bar area (very cold given the constantly opening door) because a birthday reservation had been poorly managed, and hence the first row. The singing dinner experience was completely lost.
BEWARE OF THE BILL.
Besides this: the atmosphere was not select; we left amidst shouting. Although the waiters tried to be polite, it was a far cry from social media marketing.
Intrusive marketing; I strongly recommend avoiding.
08/02/2026: Sofi is a welcoming, friendly place; we were a group of friends. Dinner was sung. It was a lot of fun. The appetizers were excellent, as were the main courses.

06/02/2026: What can I say? A renowned pizzeria, and our tasting didn't disappoint. The pizzas were truly delicious. A few notes on the fried foods we started our tastings with—they weren't as excellent as the pizza, but it was a Saturday night, so that's understandable. Highly recommended. ✌🏻

27/10/2025: A truly lovely restaurant with a spectacular view, quality ingredients, and above all, friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely be back for the pizza! Highly recommended!
25/09/2025: Without a doubt the best pizza of my vacation, the tiramisu is magical.
The service is perfect, the waitress is amazing. The only downside, but it's temporary: that day, there were kids everywhere, making a huge fuss.
This is just an anecdote because it's very good.

We discovered this gem and it become our go-to place in Pozzuoli for a great snack and lunch.
Georgio and great team are attentive and will give you the best Campania has to offer.
I recommend the tiramisu with pistachio but the pizza can stand on its own.

17/02/2026: I bought the Valentine's Day box with a "Choco Dubai"-flavored chocolate heart. The ingredients didn't match the recipe for this chocolate that's recently gone viral; it was simply chocolate, not pistachio cream. I don't know if the wrong box was delivered or if they simply make it that way. If the latter, it would be false advertising.
Everything else was perfect, as described.
25/01/2026: Ordered with Glovo and arrived in 10 minutes.
Excellent ice cream, and I even got a free round cookie to decorate the cup...
Very satisfied.

The pistachio cream looks like the photo in which the slice is cut in half: a sort of very sweet gel that has nothing to do with pistachios.
04/01/2026: For several years now, I've been given Siani Farciti Panettoni as Christmas presents. I've never eaten panettone so "sloppy and crumbly." Beneath a thick (always too thick) glaze of discreet pistachio, chocolate, and other creams, also available in piping bags, the foundation is completely missing. The dough doesn't have the consistency of a panettone. When cut, the slice falls apart, while the crust on the sides and bottom is hard and overcooked, sticking to the paper container. Between the glaze, the overly thick crust, and the crumbly crumb, it's impossible to cut without making a mess; any knife will do. Lots of smoke and not enough roast.

01/01/2026: We did a private farm tour and had a wonderful time. We got to see how Sorrento’s famous lemons, oranges, olives and other produce is grown here, by a family farm, for almost three centuries… the scenery was stunning, our tour guide was excellent and we got to taste many of the products they make on the farm from scratch. Highly recommend.

04/10/2025: I've been a customer for years. Last time, I was disappointed with both the dough and the quality of the products.
I renewed my trust by returning tonight for takeout pizzas to bring to friends' houses. I'm sending photos because I can't say enough. I'm not used to writing reviews, especially negative ones about the place and its employees, just for isolated incidents. I'd rather not return, but it's not possible to deliver pizzas this way. I consider it a scam, not to mention the bad impression I made on my friends. One of them is a vegetarian.
