Isola verde pizza reminded us of one we had in Lucca once...no tomato sauce, just butter, rocket, delicious cheese and ham. The patate fritte were incredible - light as a feather inside, crispy on the outside; amazing 😍 Service friendly and efficient. Cannot fault this place. Thanks to Google reviews we found it 👌🏼👏🏼

17/05/2026: For the atmosphere, I'd give it triple the stars. It's like being at home having lunch with your family. The food was delicious; we had Italian-style fried fish, meatballs in tomato sauce, Genovese, and ragù. Everything was delicious. Enzo, a very nice guy, served us. I highly recommend coming here and spending a couple of hours laughing and enjoying good food. Thank you, Ciro and Carmela, for this experience.

12/05/2026: This is dinner from a tour at a pizzeria adjacent to the Holiday Inn Naples where we stayed. The meal consisted of a salad, two types of Neapolitan pizza, and baba for dessert. The salad was colorful and plentiful, served with olive oil and salt. The pizzas were a Margherita and a bianco-style pizza with pancetta, eggplant, tomato, and basil. Baba is a traditional Neapolitan dessert, a brioche dough soaked in a sweet rum-infused syrup—apparently a dessert for adults, but it was quite sweet. It was served with whipped cream. 29/12/2025: Delicatessen (or perhaps it would be better to call it a grocery store given the vast selection of products available) with a kitchen in the center of Pompeii (no pizza). Friendly and attentive service, a unique atmosphere (you eat surrounded by products, wines, jars of local specialties, pasta, etc.), and truly excellent traditional cuisine. We recommend the traditional appetizer, pasta with potatoes and provola, Genovese, and stuffed escarole. The desserts are also delicious. The price is average for the quality: eight of us ordered three appetizers (each is meant for two people but is very generous), two bottles of Fiano, six pasta dishes to share, several bottles of water, and the same number of desserts, and we spent €35 each.

27/12/2025: A bistro that rivals any restaurant. Always a wide selection of first and second courses, which are always excellent. I don't know how they do it, but the zucchini alla scapece is spectacular and a must-try. Highly recommended!

28/05/2026: A splendid location, with a truly evocative view, in a place that combines beauty, myth, and history. Regarding the cuisine, I have only one personal opinion: I would have preferred a cuisine more consistent with the local identity, more closely tied to Neapolitan and Pozzuoli traditions. The menu, however, seemed more modern, tidy, and fairly standardized, with combinations that sometimes, in my opinion, didn't reflect the maritime and regional soul of the location. Naturally, it remains a subjective question: those who enjoy more contemporary and experimental cuisine will appreciate it. Personally, in such an important setting, I would have preferred dishes that were more recognizable, authentic, and rooted in local tradition.

06/05/2026: We visited twice and had some lovely pizza, a steak and fried squid. The pizza was one of the best we ate during our vacation. Very friendly people, fast service.

15/05/2026: The food is very good and offers good value for money. The service from all the staff is excellent. Especially Davide, who made a point of trying to speak Portuguese to serve us in the best way possible. The atmosphere is lively, and there was even a surprise with three live songs performed by one of the staff members. In addition, we tried two traditional drinks. I recommend going if you are in the area.
