Salami and cheese platters, which said like that seems like the usual cellar that you can find everywhere, instead the detailed explanations of the dishes and the quality of the raw materials makes you taste everything for the first time. 14/06/2025: Not exactly appealing at first glance. We ended up waiting an hour for two pizzas. They didn't ask if we wanted anything else to drink or maybe dessert. It was a Saturday and it was busy. Perhaps there were some issues with the staff. We won't be back, though.

15/05/2025: Beautiful place, shame about the rest!! Outside not very well kept, like a bar from the past! Kind but too much maybe for the lack of service! We waited 1 hour for lunch, with 2 tables seated! Shame about the view!! WONDERFUL OVER TRENTO!

24/05/2025: The place looks great, we are placed in the porch with glass window overlooking the garden. Two of us take the first courses, very good, especially the gnocchi with red shrimp. Two others take the pizza a pala, cooked very well, with tasty ingredients. Desserts a little expensive but very good and large portion. In short, highly recommended.

19/05/2025: Of the Garibaldi restaurant that once was... now only the sign!!! The kitchen, after the change of management, has fallen from the levels of excellence to which it was accustomed from the excellent Roberto to the current diner. The only positive note is for the innkeeper Francesco, who is kind and still makes the atmosphere feel like a real trattoria. Unfortunately he isn't always in the room. And be careful with the new owner, if you get fries in old oil and limp, carbonara as an omelette or cheese and pepper as glue... don't dare point it out even politely who, after denying the evidence, will also threaten you that she will fix you outside... If you want Roman cuisine in the kitchen there should be local expertise which here in this place remains a memory. And in the room the kindness and the smile. That grappa offered with the 2 chats. After 10 years...to date I have to say..NEVER AGAIN! Terrible experience! I advise against it. And I advise the owners to return to the models of the past... what made Garibaldi a truly special trattoria... and not a diner with evening karaoke.

Even though I am not a fish lover and therefore I was unable to taste the main dishes, I was able to see how much they were appreciated by those who were with me: all the diners were enthusiastic about the quality and freshness of the dishes, prepared with care and taste. A special applause goes to the owner, a truly nice and warm lady, and to the waiting staff, kind, attentive and very prepared. A positive experience in every aspect. Recommended for those who love good food, tranquility and beautiful atmospheres.

27/05/2025: We were there for my birthday, I have to say that the terrace is wonderful with a super view, the service is attentive, punctual and fast, everyone is very kind, small negative note on the pasta with clams that were really genuine, it was a little overcooked and too spicy, it's okay slightly but that was too much, since my wife doesn't eat spicy she had her mouth on fire, the other first courses were fine, the fritto misto was really good, I recommend it. Excellent price, I recommend it for spending a good Sunday with the family
