31/08/2025: We had some excellent pizzas. The restaurant/pizzeria was completely full, so the wait was a bit long, but overall, the place is worth visiting again.

12/08/2025: The pizza and food were good overall. Service was a bit slow. The dining room was pleasant but not exceptional.

08/11/2025: Gorgeous place in every sense of the word! It's a restaurant with a wonderful sea cave inside! Unbeatable value for money!! I highly recommend it, of course. 02/05/2025: Ho pranzato in questo ristorante e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto! Spaghetti alle vongole perfetti, saporiti e ben mantecati. La frittura mista servita a forma di piramide è un'idea geniale, oltre a essere croccante e leggerissima. Personale molto bravo e professionale. Consigliatissimo!

02/05/2025: Piatti buonissimi, servizio veloce.....forse anche troppo (in 40 minuti abbiamo cenato). Sgradevole il proprietario che ai complimenti del mio amico non ha risposto e ha assunto un atteggiamento di sufficienza. Inoltre lo ha fatto alzare da tavola ben quattro volte per far passare persone al tavolo vicino mentre stavamo mangiando. Probabilmente un corso intensivo di cortesia non gli farebbe male. Prezzo in linea, ma con il modo di fare "dentro uno e fuori l'altro " sembra una mensa.

26/09/2025: The gelato is good, undoubtedly among the best in the area. It's a shame the staff isn't very attentive and courteous. In response to the owner: It didn't quite work out that way. I came in and asked which was the smallest container to take away. Half a kilo, the clerk replied, three flavors. So I didn't even have time to ask for the three flavors before I was immediately interrupted and asked to get a receipt first, quite rightly so. I paid €12.50 and asked for vanilla. "We don't have any." So first you make me pay and then you tell me it's not available. I understand we're in Genoa, but I don't think that's the right thing to do. Anyway, in the end I got the cream, chocolate, and hazelnut: each one better than the last.

22/09/2025: This is one of the better gelateria in my neighborhood, so when I don't want to go far, I can choose a tasty gelato from this shop. In past, the staff hasn't been so friendly, but the more recent visit was better. They have classic flavours and some more original, like the salted caramel and nocciola with wafer that are top choices.

21/08/2025: We had lunch at this bar with a small lunch menu of two first courses and two second courses. We ordered Sardinian gnocchi with chickpea cream. As pictured, we received boiled pasta with a bland hint of chickpea cream, yet we're in Puglia, the land of good cuisine. We left it on the plate, along with the coffee, which was too strong and tasted burnt. Yet the dish is so simple: boil the pasta, add plenty of chickpea cream, and top with crispy guanciale or, even more simply, pecorino cheese...Puglian, of course...

10/08/2025: The spritz was delicious, but the appetizers sold separately were way overpriced. This was my first time paying for a cover charge at a bar. Everything was delicious, but €18 for an aperitivo was way too expensive!

03/11/2025: Two cold lasagnas, bad service, microwaved food.

01/11/2025: Good food, nice atmosphere and friendly prices.

20/09/2025: A typical Italian pub for sitting outside on a warm evening with good wine and seafood.

29/07/2025: The owners are courteous and friendly, but it's more of a workers' lunch spot than a restaurant. The food is decent.

12/10/2025: Excellent for children and children's birthdays. Very large and with a family atmosphere.

25/06/2025: Too bad because it would also be a nice place obviously with children in tow but it is really too too too expensive for what it offers, in every sense. For what you pay I go to a decent restaurant and take the children to a paid park afterwards, I'm sure I spend less. Service absolutely nothing to say, polite and kind.

30/10/2025: The pizza was raw, the tomato on the pizza was obviously too acidic, and 5 euros for a paper napkin seemed excessive to me.

25/10/2025: The place is very welcoming, as are the staff. The gluten-free cuisine gets special praise.

06/10/2025: They're very friendly, but the prices have gone up a lot, and they're not gourmet pizzas; they're good, but average! And for the same price, there are better options.

14/07/2025: The dining room is large (and completely empty when we entered), quiet. A faint smell of soup lingers, but ultimately, that aroma reminds me of every grandmother's house. The owner (at least, I think) is rather creepy, but overall, the service is quick (we were the only ones there, yes, but you'll understand why I'm surprised if you come in) and the food is pretty good, reasonably priced.

25/06/2025: Excellent pizza, Neapolitan style: light, well leavened, high and soft crust. As a good Neapolitan, I wanted to test the pizza chef with the classic marinara: excellent creation! Honest prices; we will be back. Edit, September 2023: the baked calzone is also excellent, full of ricotta, provola and truly delicious Neapolitan salami EDIT May 2025: The restaurant is closed for renovations; after accepting a reservation made by telephone on 5/5/2025 for the following Sunday 11/5/2025, we go there and find the shutters down and the restaurant closed at 13:00; I try to call the telephone number through which I had made the reservation (and on which I had left my mobile number) but the line is disconnected. We ask for information to the few open traders nearby but they cannot explain well, perhaps they are changing management.... No sign or notice on the shutter. Truly inexplicable and scandalous to say the least! Luckily I call the Merate office, of the same Made in Sud chain, and we find a place there; we explain the situation and they tell us that they did not have time to notify.... but on Google the Aicurzio office, still today 12/5/2025, is operational and no one has bothered to update. As of today 25 June 2025 it is still closed.

22/05/2025: Closed, despite the hours saying open. No sign explaining why, zero professionalism!

02/08/2025: Good service, fast and delicious food. It's close to the Colosseum, recommended.
