The label in the store said 7/8 carbs per 100 grams and the ingredients were egg white, etc. However, there is no label on the bag sold. I go back with him to get more because I liked it so much, same flavor and consistency as "normal" pasta. I ask for the ingredients and a boy replies "Just flour and water", I reply that egg white is also written on the label in the shop and he says "no, we removed it a while ago". So why don't they change the label? The customer must know, by law there must be all the ingredients used and the nutritional values! Afterwards I ask if the expiry date is the one always written on the usual label, he replies "it lasts 3 years because there is no water". But why wasn't there just flour and water before? I would simply like to know from those who really know what is inside and it is not enough to say a mix of flours, but which ones and the quantities as well as the nutritional values ​​must be specified. Euro 16.00 per kg ok but the customer must be made aware of what he eats especially with all the health problems and intolerances widespread nowadays. Thanks, I'm waiting

27/05/2025: A place discovered by chance in the historic center of Bari, with many outdoor tables. The menu offers a wide range of dishes. Having opted for the orecchiette with turnip tops, I can only say that they were delicious and cooked with care. Definitely abundant portions and at an absolutely reasonable price (exactly half of what I paid elsewhere and with a lower quality). The bruschetta is also excellent. The staff is kind and courteous. A place definitely recommended for those who want to taste Apulian cuisine with an excellent quality/price ratio!

06/04/2025: Too bad, it WAS the best takeaway pizzeria in Breganze, after this evening we fell, a friend of mine and I went directly to the place to order and take home the pizzas, 1 well cooked double pasta montanara (sopressa mixed forest and asiago) and a burrata, mortadella (abundant) and chopped pistachios. So let me start by saying that in terms of timing we were thinking of having a beer on site peacefully but instead after 7-10 minutes the pizzas didn't even arrive, when we got home and opened the boxes my friend was disappointed by the quantity of mortadella 7 slices for a diameter of 10cm you can say it wasn't artisanal for the quality, then eating his pasta it was raw (normal dough and pizza), we come to my well cooked double pasta which wasn't really well cooked, in fact, as far as the sopressa is concerned with everyone the places that make it at home, artisanal quality, it wasn't bad but I would have cut it slightly bigger, the problem was the mixed forest mushrooms, not rinsed, taken out of the jar and put on the pizza and the taste of the mushroom oil ruined it, that was all you could taste, devastatingly covering the sopressa and Asiago which I ate alone to see if they had any flavour. I'm sorry guys but here we went down in quality quite a bit, I preferred to wait five minutes longer for the pizza but at least eat it cooked, for the rest maybe a little more attention on the preparation.

07/04/2025: Un posto davvero carino, trovato per caso. Abbiamo mangiato una pasta buonissima, c'è ampia scelta soprattutto di secondi / piatti unici e contorni. Loro super carine e gentili. Un posto che sa di casa. Mi è rimasto nel cuore
