Truly excellent Tuscan cuisine! If you want to try the real Tuscan trattoria this is the place for you! I recommend the Maremma wild boar and the mucco ravioli with ragù!

Ottima cucina con piatti toscani ben fatti. noi ci siamo stati la notte di capodanno. Ambiente contenuto. Consiglio di prenotare soprattutto nei weekend perchè non ci sono molti tavoli.

Piccolo ristorante tipico con buon cibo, peccato che l'interno sia un pò sacrificato. Provate il pecorino al forno e i i fagioli con i funghi pioppini, ne vale la pena.

Piatti tipici toscani, con menù a prezzi fissi ed alla carta esposti anche fuori dal locale. Buonissimi i tordelli con ragù di mucco, anche se erano cotti parecchio al dente. Si consigliano le tagliate, disponibili con vari contorni/abbinamenti. Il servizio in sala è stato un po' lento e la tagliata è arrivata quasi fredda. Eccellenti i fagioli con pioppini e la polenta come antipasto, oltre ai salumi. Prezzi nella media. I fagioli con i pioppini sono da provare assolutamente! Ci torneremo.

31/03/2024: Mha. Honestly, I went to this pizzeria more out of challenge than anything else, reading all the reviews from first to last. All these negative reviews seem more like revenge by unlucky pizza chefs than anything else. The pizza is excellent, well cooked and well garnished, well cooked base, not those fake Neapolitan pizzas that also have stew since the real Neapolitan pizza has to rise for two days and here in Pisa NOBODY does that, no hassle about the number of drinks requests, pleasant service with Giulia who is the utmost friendliness and helpfulness.... I repeat, in my opinion the negative reviews are of pizzerias of envious failures who are in the area. I'm Giuseppe Biancofiore, I don't need to hide who I am.
10/03/2024: Good and tasty pizzas, rich and varied menu. Family and fun atmosphere. The staff always friendly and helpful. I recommend it for evenings with family and friends, the giropizza is excellent for €15 including drinks!
