27/09/2025: I was here on a Saturday night. We had a reservation for 9:00 PM, and when we arrived, the table wasn't available, so we had to wait a short time. Luckily, we were seated at 9:10 PM. The table setting is incomplete without glasses. Usually, when you go out to eat, the first thing they ask is if you want a drink. We were seated for 20 minutes and no one asked if we wanted water or anything else. The service is very confusing and poorly organized, even the pizza-making staff comes out to serve. We waited for over an hour, so initially my experience wasn't at all positive. I'll give them a shout out, though: the pizza was so good it made me forget all the flaws and oversights in the service. So, I give the pizza a 10!

04/09/2025: The pizza tonno was halfway okay. The calzone was almost inedible. The dough wasn't salted and was almost undercooked. The prices were way too high. The pizza cappriciosa was €17.50. A 0.5l beer was €10.

25/08/2025: Not knowing Verona, I walked into a random place hoping not to be disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised by the exterior and interior design. Within a minute, they gave me a table and we ordered immediately. When they brought our drinks, they practically threw them on the table. My wife, daughter, and I laughed and thought we were in the way (when you're on vacation, you're more relaxed and much more patient). Well, that was the only flaw in the service. The same person later became kind. He offered water for the dog (not everyone does that). We ate a fantastic pizza (I personally compliment the pizza chef). The price was right for the location. I highly recommend it. One piece of advice. We were sitting at the table near the drinks refrigerator. Every time they say, "Excuse me, I need to get something," it's not nice. Either one table less or a table a little further away.

17/09/2025: It's a shame the restaurant has so few customers, because the pizza is among the best I've ever eaten. And the service is very good.

07/09/2025: A more than negative experience today. My husband and my little daughter decide to stop and get the clerk. She ignores him and serves others. Then he tells them that it was his turn instead she served others and he replies in an annoyed tone that it is not true and he replies that it is fine. Then he is served and the benches outside were full. So he and a little girl sit in the outdoor area where the tables were empty but immediately a clerk arrives and tells them that this place is reserved for those who order. To this response, my husband says that he pays what he has to pay. Tell him how much he wants so that the little girl can eat her ice cream in peace. Instead of getting a kind response, the clerk insists and tells them that they have to get up. I don't know if the owner is aware of the rude clerk who unfortunately works there.

05/10/2025: One of the few pastry shops in the city where you can have breakfast, but definitely one of the best. Friendly staff, super-fast service, and a vast selection of pastries, croissants, cakes, and traditional desserts like zelten strudel, etc. They also have an entire tea menu and a wide variety of coffee options. Unfortunately, there's not much seating, but with a bit of luck or a bit of patience, you can still manage. I'll definitely be back for more "cheat" breakfasts!

29/09/2025: I paid 7 euros and 20 cents for a coffee in a tall cup (a normal cup is only twice as tall) with a scoop of ice cream. The coffee was decent, the ice cream "normal," but the price seems excessive to me! It's true that in this city you can't get a pizza for 8 euros in any pizzeria! If you want tourists in your restaurants, get a grip, otherwise you'll end up like Venice, a city full of tourists and empty restaurants. Bertelli teaches (after an identical post on this platform). ---- Thanks for the reply. True, the affogato was in a glass! If the price you paid doesn't match, it probably means they made a mistake at the cashier!!! Even with a reminder about it! And that doesn't work in your favor, nor does the fact that you think your customers are scumbags and therefore have the wrong place and reviews! (A piece of advice: change your attitude about your other customer responses too)!

07/10/2025: Excellent value for money. The carbonara is very delicious and a huge portion. The potato side dish for the fried steak was a bit small. The waiters are very, very nice, courteous. They even knew a few words in Hungarian (they spoke English well). They didn't want to accept a tip, since the service charge is included in the price. It's advisable to give it in kp, if you want. (Since we were very satisfied, we did ;) The drinks were also reasonably priced. We didn't have to park, because the restaurant is on a pedestrian street and we were on foot, but there is parking in the neighboring streets.

15/09/2025: We return to this restaurant regularly every year. It offers a huge selection of seafood, pasta and fish. The speed is excellent considering the size of the restaurant. The food is really tasty and the waiters are pleasant.

23/10/2025: The location is beautiful, right on the water, but it's located on a very busy road, which didn't make for a good night's sleep. The rooms are very noisy; you can hear people next door talking, showering (which constantly involves the exhaust fan), etc. It's all very dated. Breakfast is basic, but fine by Italian standards. A beautiful lakeside breakfast spot with friendly service.

13/10/2025: I went to Riva to visit two friends who were staying at the Bavaria for a few days. We stayed at the campsite for about six hours, and upon leaving, we were shocked to receive the bill for our stay: For two people + parking, 36 euros. In addition, we encountered rude staff. We certainly wouldn't recommend staying at this campsite, and I think there are better options in Riva.

29/08/2025: Extremely rude from the manager. My dad and I had two coffees, and the change included a 20-cent coin that looked like it had been run over by a steamroller. Nothing serious so far, but when after a few seconds I kindly asked the clerk (I assume the manager) to change the 20-cent coin for me, she threw a tantrum! Ranting in a sour and exaggerated tone, she claimed that they hadn't given me the coin. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. At that point, I pointed out (again politely) that it wouldn't make sense for me to be "cheating" over a coin, and the manager grabbed a 20-cent coin from the register, slammed it violently on the counter, and walked away muttering something about me. The many customers in the establishment looked on in horror at this woman's outburst. It's sad to see a place like this (my parents have been going there for several years) be managed by someone so rude and unprofessional.

01/08/2025: I'd call it imperfect. One of the worst breakfasts I've ever seen. If Maradona had had breakfast there, he would have signed for Juventus. We ordered avocado toast with egg. They brought the egg separately, so they charged as if we'd ordered just an egg; while the avocado was horrible, they didn't even bother to put the ingredients on the bread properly.

25/07/2025: A very nice address to have a salt breakfast! The cooker prepared a mixed salad with fresh tomatoes, eggs, bacon and slices of bread. Tasty and made with love :) All people are very kind. Rare to find such a place for a breakfast in Naples!

14/06/2025: Anche per un pranzo veloce prima di mettersi in viaggio, Davide è una scelta con cui si va sul sicuro! Panini, pizza fritta, cuoppo...tutto eccellente e con un rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile, oltre al servizio inappuntabile.

14/07/2025: For the first time in my not-so-short life, I found a pizzeria where the chips, supplì, croquettes, and—wonder!—even the pizza, were all frozen and appalling. I have to commend the owners for finding a way to mock us. I won't mention the flies, since they are free and independent, albeit annoying. The price is perhaps the bait to catch fish. Now I certainly expect resounding denials, but you know what...
