23/06/2025: Being lactose intolerant I decide to call and kindly ask what flavors they have available. A lady answers my question (I repeat asked in a very polite way). Laughing at me over the phone she says "yes I have some" and I "can you by any chance tell me which ones please?" And she "well you come here no? I have people I can't stay here for you". Thank you very much I will remember her kindness very well and I will never set foot in her ice cream shop.

17/06/2025: I have been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated the quality of your ice cream. However, I must regretfully report that lately I have noticed a clear decline in both the friendliness of the service and the quantity-price ratio. During my last visit I ordered a two-flavor cone and was served a very small amount of ice cream, equal to little more than a spoonful. When I pointed this out, I was told that the ice cream was "inside the cone". After eating the top part, I noticed that the cone was practically empty. I pointed this out again and was simply told: "Yes, you are right", without being offered a solution or a new cone with an adequate quantity. All this happened under the eyes of the owner, who listened but did not intervene in any way. Unfortunately, this attitude gives the impression of a lack of respect towards the customer and, frankly, of a certain bad faith.

11/05/2025: Truly a great discovery! Exquisite artisanal desserts. Nice location in the main street of Vicenza and what about the prices? Truly unbeatable. Coffee for €1 and a slice of cake for €2!!!

03/05/2025: Small place and not particularly exciting, but good pizza, friendly staff and a fair wait. The sore points, at least in my experience, were two: 1) the microscopic cheesecakes with almost no base underneath (they had probably run out of ingredients, I don't know, but at that point don't even offer it) very different from how they appear in some photos 2) one person at the table with me got the pizza completely wrong. We didn't tell him because in the end he was fine with it anyway, maybe they would have made it again, I'm not arguing, but if someone asks (for example, I can't remember the specific pizza now) for a "4 cheeses with sausage" it's obvious that they mean the sausage PLUS the 4 cheeses; instead a margherita arrived with only the sausage... It was certainly a coincidence, but so be it.

17/03/2025: An easy-going place, ideal for evenings with friends, the pizza is excellent, but their pizza burgers are shocking, not to mention their wraps... in short, a taste experience worth trying!!
