26/08/2025: I went to this restaurant on Ferragosto (August 15th) for lunch with friends and family, and unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience at all. We sat down around 1:00 PM, and the first courses arrived around 3:45 PM. I understand it's a holiday and the waits are a bit longer, but waiting almost 3 hours for our dishes is inconceivable! The girl who served us, unfortunately, wasn't at all polite; she had a very annoyed look, and when we asked her questions, she wouldn't respond politely, in addition to the unprofessional service. I've been to S. Barbara before, and I can confirm that overall the food is good, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing.

10/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante con particolare attenzione ai cibi senza glutine. Ogni piatto è disponibile anche gluten free e il personale è molto attento a queste esigenze. Insomma una garanzia!

04/06/2025: Vivo in Brasile da anni e vengo in vacanza in Italia con i miei genitori per assaporare la cucina italiana. Oggi è mercoledì c'è poca gente abbiamo prenotato ma la qualità del cibo era molto molto più buono 20 anni fa quando venivo con i miei nonni... Oggi sono un po' deluso. Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze di cui una cruda e il pomodoro acido, una tagliatella ai frutti di mare ...ma i frutti erano di frigorifero e la grigliata di carne sapeva di carbone.... che peccato vabbè può capitare la serata no.

08/03/2025: The yogurt was good, but it was a shame it was a bit expensive, and the place was very dirty. The tables, bucket, and floor were dirty.

29/04/2025: Definitely overpriced restaurant for what it offers. I went for dinner on Sunday evening, most of the dishes on the menu were not available. I had a mixed grill of meat but it was tough and stringy. I wanted a mixed salad, but I had to settle for a radicchio salad as they had nothing else... Charging €17 for a rather poor fried calamari served as an appetizer seemed really excessive to me!

16/03/2025: The place has a pleasant appearance, the walls are made of stone, and order and cleanliness are evident. Dinner was a bit of a surprise, we wanted to order meat dishes, as described on the menu but there wasn't enough for four people and we were told that they mainly prepare pizzas. The Argentinian angus meat that was available was served to us but it was cold and did not give its best. Sin.

01/09/2025: I loved the experience! I had a pizza recommended by the lady who accompanied me during dinner, and it was truly divine. The service was 5*, always with a smile, and she taught me about the region's typical products. Everything was perfect! I'll be back soon, and I'm sure I'll be back many times!

26/08/2025: We went to La Spartana pizzeria on a Sunday at 10:30 p.m. The waitress wasn't very pleasant, but when she finished her shift, the chef took over to serve us, and he was great! The service was therefore of high quality, attentive yet discreet. The pizza and tiramisu are delicious, for a very affordable price! We will return if we return to the area. Grazzie🍕

23/08/2025: A place where you feel good and eat well, alone, with family and with good friends

18/08/2025: Unfortunately it has fallen a bit, and I'm very sorry about that because it was a lovely place, where you could eat quality dishes, few things but good ones. Now we had an aperitif for a platter, we waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. The platter consisted of frozen fried foods that, if they had been reheated better, would have been eaten more willingly. The only good thing was the chips. The yellowish mozzarella is sour in one part, a real shame because it was a nice place. I hope they can fix that. And maybe a little more smile and kindness would be appreciated.

10/09/2025: The coffee and pasticciotti are the best!! The staff is always courteous despite the large crowds. The business is managed with great professionalism and commitment by Gaetano, who oversees the entire organizational process!

19/08/2025: Encouraged by the videos showing the cute location and inviting food, we decide to book a table. What can I say... an hour and a half of waiting for the platters, and after the excruciating effort of this food that seemed like it would never arrive... disappointment! Burnt meat, dry sandwiches, raw pasta, unloved and flavorless. The grandmother's salad they mentioned? Who knows... never seen it, and they didn't even explain why it was missing. Not to mention the zero attention and friendliness towards the customers. Advice? Better to close down, not sites!

15/08/2025: Excellent service, luxurious food, friendly, helpful staff, especially Antonio... My husband and I haven't eaten so well in a while... I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back... Beautiful place.

29/08/2025: We tried various types of pizza, including the gourmet one, and we were truly satisfied. They were all truly delicious, with excellent quality ingredients and plenty of them. Fast and attentive service. Top!

27/08/2025: Downtown restaurant. Reservations are required to ensure a prompt seating. We requested an outdoor table because we have a small dog. Pet-friendly and welcoming, even for special kids. Our requests were accommodated, and service was very quick. The first and second courses were good, but if you order a pizza, you get the crunchy one, which isn't exactly my favorite. Everything was fine, except that as soon as I put my fork down, it was taken away. Coincidence, or a way to speed up table rotation?
