29/05/2025: Tried the gelato. It was ok, definitely better options nearby. Can’t comment on the rest of the offerings but the piazza is really nice next to the cathedral.

28/05/2025: We have been several times for breakfast: fresh croissants, made by them and you can taste it! Really good and full. The ricotta of the iris and the croissant had an incredibly tasty flavor. The croissants are filled with various flavors: chocolate, ricotta, pistachio, cream and empty. The iris with ricotta has a notable specific weight at a ridiculous price. On the cappuccino they write "Cefalù" by hand which is a small thing, but it makes you understand how much care they take of the customer. The staff, in fact, is very kind and attentive, especially Jessica who transmits all the love she has for her work. I recommend foreign tourists, accustomed to a savory breakfast, to enjoy the sweet breakfast with typical products and fresh ricotta. For me it is the perfect place to start the day in the best way.

17/05/2025: Nulla da dire sul gelato che è sicuramente ottimo , ma per me che ho allergie alimentari è impossibile prenderlo perché non rispettano le basilari norme per evitare la contaminazione. Usano la stessa paletta di acciaio per tutti i gusti lavandola nello stesso contenitore dopo ogni pallina di gelato . Quindi ne risulta che le vaschette sono tutte contaminate e i dipendenti tra l’altro , se glielo fate notare , fanno anche finta di prenderne una pulita . Non capisco perché non si può usare una paletta per ogni gusto con quello che costa tra l’altro .

20/05/2025: Ci siamo stati per un pranzo in famiglia, c'era l'occasione di provare il fritto misto.....che dire FAVOLOSO! Ottimo, vario, abbondante. Personale gentile e veloce. Serviti al tavolo e ripassavano per il bis. Posto tranquillo in campagna e parcheggio. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

22/06/2025: Nightmare evening. Table 3 meters from the exhaust pipes of the parked cars (oh well, never mind), 2 hours of waiting from the order to have a wrong pizza (although good looking) that unfortunately after the very long wait for a change, which was not requested but imposed by the waiter, arrived wrong again. Simply having pointed it out politely animated the aggressive charge of the (I think) owner who, supported by another waiter, instead of trying to understand and apologize, faced me with an accusatory, insistent and not very kind tone. Strongly annoyed and also a little frustrated by the digestive problem explained to them and the cause of the inefficiency (no cooked mozzarella), I had to leave paying the bill and without dinner. Reviews serve to improve and inform, I hope it will also be read by the managers to whom I am available for these purposes.

17/06/2025: I was really impressed by this all you can eat sushi restaurant. The location is elegant, with attention to detail and perfectly clean, creating a pleasant and refined atmosphere in which to enjoy your meal. The food is exceptional, with particular attention to the quality and freshness of the fish. I really appreciated the variety of the offer: salmon, tuna, amberjack, sea bass, shrimp and even the prized red shrimp from Mazara. All prepared with great care. Another plus is the perfect balance of the rice: well-measured and really tasty, it accompanies the fish without overpowering it, enhancing its flavor. In short, an experience to absolutely repeat. Excellent for those looking for quality and refinement even in an all you can eat formula.

08/06/2025: Kisen has always been an excellence for the city as sushi "a la carte*, knowing that they also did "all you can eat" in my opinion made the quality of the dishes lose. Even asking for the à la carte menu, we were not promoted by the waitresses who actually did not know the real difference between the two formulas, why push one type over the other. Chosen the "all you can eat" menu and ordered the dishes, they all arrived together without explanations or differences between the uramaki brought, leaving us at the mercy of dishes that, not respecting the photo of the menu, we did not understand whose they were. The young waiter tried to accommodate us but by now we were disoriented and some dishes in my opinion did not arrive. Too bad

22/12/2024: Uno de los grandes restaurantes de la provincia (Siena). Original y deliciosa comida toscana, muy local y de temporada. Voy allí con frecuencia aunque vivo a una hora de distancia. Estilo Slow Foods.

08/06/2025: English: Sunday brunch to forget. We arrive around 1:15 pm and are already told that the salmon is out (considering that half of the brunch dishes have salmon, not great), but we decide to sit down and order. Shortly after, while ordering, we decide to drink coffee, BUT we are told that the machine that grinds the coffee is out of order, broken (could they have told us this with the salmon? The machine had already been broken for hours) ... so no coffee. We order an apple juice and an orange juice: the orange one is forgotten and the waitress comes with a choice between apricot, blueberry and peach.. the apple juice has turned into an apple, carrot, ginger juice. It's not over, the waitress gets the order wrong on the food and 20 minutes after we ordered the French fries, the waitress tells us that they had run out: those too. We ignore everything and since many of the things requested were not actually served, we expected at least a minimal discount for the poor service. The discount was finally given, ONLY because we were the ones who pointed out all the shortcomings. If it were up to them, we would have paid full price. Sorry, but you will never see us again!

02/06/2025: Inviting place, first choice raw materials used, excellent brunch as well, unlike the sulk that the manager and a waitress at the cash register usually have. I recommend improving communication and empathy with the customer who should be won over not only with your excellent products but also with sympathy.

11/06/2025: Chef does everything, from cooking to service to doing the accounts based on the customer to fleece. He dictates the menu by word of mouth, there is no paper menu. Cover charge 4 euros per person when there is no service; 16 euros for two glasses of prosecco........I will not report the final bill. Very good food but the rest goes without saying...watch out for deceptive methods. Dinner is by candlelight so the thorns are included in the bites.

10/06/2025: As soon as we enter, we are greeted by kind waiters, but with a rather uncertain command of Italian, which makes communication an exercise in intuition rather than dialogue. The menu? An abstract concept. It is recited by the owner, without a written list or any trace of prices. Ordering is a bit like throwing yourself into the dark, hoping that the bill won't hurt too much. The portions? A diner with an allergy ordered a second course, but the quantity served was so small that it left him hungrier than satisfied. In the meantime, elsewhere the abundant dish was not lacking. I left the restaurant with two very specific sensations: a well-lightened wallet and the hunger of the diner who seemed ready to sign up for a survival course. In short: 🗣 Difficult communication 📜 No transparency in the menu 💸 Very high prices
