21/08/2025: The owner is kind and helpful. He always welcomes you with a smile. The food is excellent; I love the grilled fettuccine and the shrimp in kataifi pastry (I hope I spelled that correctly). Good value for money. After some time, I need to revise my review. The dishes seem to have lost their edge. The quality is declining. This isn't quite right.

16/07/2025: We've been vacationing for six days at a Masseria near this fantastic restaurant. Tradition, quality, and kindness have made our dinners a true culinary delight. The seafood and other dishes are truly excellent. A must-try for anyone in the area. Excellent value.

28/06/2025: Very simple but decent place. The owners put a lot of effort into it, nothing pretentious, good pizza, good first courses. Obviously you don't go to this place for a great kitchen in a small town like Salve, a real village place.

29/05/2025: Servizio e qualità pessimi. Per ordinare ci è voluto tanto tempo, mentre alla fine delle portate ci toglievano subito il piatto davanti. Abbiamo prenotato e chiesto gentilmente se fuori era possibile, dicendoci che era tutto pieno mentre poi fuori c’erano tavoli disponibili anche oltre le 23. Pizza cruda e farcita con ingredienti non freschi. Sicuramente da non ritornare!

10/02/2025: Se siete amanti della pizza bruciata, siete nel posto giusto! In fase di ordinazione ho espresso in maniera inequivocabile che avrei voluto la pizza senza bruciature nella parte inferiore della stessa. Dopo un po' di attesa il cameriere porta a tavola la pizza e con rammarico osservo che la stessa è bruciata nella parte inferiore! Il cameriere si scusa e mi dice di attendere qualche minuto perché ne avrebbero fatta un'altra. Dopo qualche decina di minuti, un'altra cameriera mi porta la pizza e anche questa è bruciata (foto)! A questo punto la cameriera, con atteggiamento maleducato ed irriverente mi dice che la cottura è giusta, mentre un altro cameriere mi dice che si sono distratti in fase di cottura ed hanno commesso l'errore di bruciare anche la seconda pizza! A questo punto entra in scena il pizzaiolo che con una supercazzola sulla reazione di Maillard cerca di convincermi che la pizza deve essere per forza così! A questo punto, stanco di attendere una pizza non bruciata (che forse non sono in grado di realizzare!) e stanco di essere preso in giro dallo staff del locale, alzo i tacchi e me ne vado. Peccato, perché gli ingredienti sulla pizza erano buoni così come i fritti in apertura di serata. Consiglio al locale di controllare la temperatura del forno (forse troppo alta) o di pulire meglio lo stesso visti i pessimi risultati per quel che concerne la cottura e di rivedere la forma della pizza, visto che la stessa (canotto esagerato, con cornicione enorme e strato centrale sottilissimo) avrebbe potuto causare la carbonizzazione della parte inferiore. Consiglio, inoltre, di redarguire cameriera, pizzaiolo ed addetta alla cassa perché si sono rivolti al sottoscritto con fare irriverente ed oltraggioso. Saluti e pace

29/05/2025: Nice and clean place.. good food for an all you can eat, very large menu.. everything very good.. fast service. The only flaw is that you still order with the codes on the card. I would suggest upgrading with tablets at the tables. But it's worth trying..

30/06/2025: Tramezzini, piadinas and sandwiches prepared on the spot with fresh products. The perfect idea for a lunch especially out of hours, when many other places are already closed. The service is quite fast and friendly, despite the not always constant attention from the staff. The price of the sandwich is fair, but a mini 33 cl coke at €2.50 seems more than excessive to me despite it being a bar. Fortunately, the place is equipped with air conditioning, so as to make the break more bearable even during the hottest days of the year.

01/09/2025: I went for lunch today. The piadina was perfect, the place was clean as always. The girls are always helpful and smiling.

08/08/2025: Excellent piadinas, the staff is very friendly, and the place is very clean. I'd almost say it's a different chain than the Vanzaghello location. Well done!

08/09/2025: My favorite gelato in Milano Marittima! A wide selection of excellent flavors, but the zabaglione mousse and millefeuille are a must-try, I think—truly delicious. In the evenings, they also make delicious Nutella crepes, and there's always a wide selection of toppings you can add to your gelato, like fresh strawberries, sprinkles, and more. The young women at the counter are always friendly and super quick.

07/09/2025: Good ice cream but expensive like everything in mima

09/07/2025: A small place with a few seats inside. We went mainly for the frozen yogurt sign, but in the end they used yogurt gelato. There weren't the array of toppings you'd expect to find on frozen yogurt, but among those choices was the sugar-free black cherry sauce, which I appreciated. It's still an ice cream shop, not a yogurt shop; I want to point this out for those like me who have health issues and are looking for a healthier product. I recommend it to everyone else; the flavor was good, even the gelato my companion had. The clerk was alone and handled a long evening line with a smile and the appropriate calm. They have Spirulina, which is innovative, and I appreciate ice cream shops that offer new products with healthy ingredients. I'll definitely be back.

25/06/2025: Had a scoop of strawberry a year ago and it was alright. Very local place, gotta know your way around some italian.

23/08/2025: Tasty, but the desserts are industrial, nothing special. The cappuccino was bitter even after two packets of sugar. I asked for a plain coffee, and they brought it with a splash of milk. Obviously, they served German speakers first, even though they arrived later. A bit of racism, perhaps?

25/07/2025: A modern, new ambiance. Beautifully decorated, and a glass wall allows a view into the bakery. The service needs training; it seems uncoordinated, at times overwhelmed, and unaccommodating, but friendly. Pastries are very good, but unfortunately, the selection is reduced on Sundays.

10/08/2025: Terrible experience, incredibly long waits, not to mention the failure to deliver a drink, after the entire table had already been served, and then a pizza. Only at the end, after a reminder, did the pizza arrive, but the table was already at the cafe... I took the pizza away, I'd lost my appetite.

24/08/2025: Quite overpriced for the quality offered. The cashier charged us for an extra juice, and when I pointed it out, he was rude about it. On top of that, they didn’t even have whipped cream for the iced coffee. Overall, not recommended.

22/08/2025: The sandwich wasn't very good, with a mold stain at first glance... We asked for and paid for two cookies, but the waitress only served one. They move very quickly to accommodate as many people as possible and barely say goodbye. * [Response] How unprofessional! Instead of apologizing, you practically insult us. It's mind-blowing! But at least people will be able to see how you treat others, which proves us right! You handed us the cookies and took our money so quickly, saying "bye-bye" without looking at us because you obviously treat customers like money machines. You say "come, come" to people outside looking in the window when it's already full inside. We didn't say anything because we looked in the bag afterward, too late. And given your response, you would have told us it was fake. Yes, we saw a dark stain on the bread that most likely suggests mold. We didn't order something we didn't like, mind you, it just didn't taste good. We had better things to do than come back and give you the half-eaten sandwich and make a complaint, which wouldn't have been taken into account given your reaction. You make me want to come back, I say!
