Yoichi - Fusion Taste In L'aquila

Highly recommended! The atmosphere was relaxed and convivial, the staff were always friendly, and the food was excellent. We tried the new gyoza selection as recommended by the dining room staff. We were delighted to sample completely new and unexpected flavors from a cuisine that never ceases to amaze. We also had the opportunity to try some excellent uramaki, whose quality and unique flavors won over even the most skeptical. After concluding the dinner with spectacular desserts, we left the restaurant satisfied. We'd like to compliment the entire dining room and kitchen staff for a wonderful evening. We hope to return soon to enjoy Yoichi's wonderful dishes.

Excellent sushi! Super fresh fish, carefully prepared dishes, and friendly staff. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends. I'll definitely be back!
