21/09/2025: All the dishes were really good, the tagliolini with mushrooms and the fried mushrooms were excellent, the portions were adequate, the service was quick and attentive. The only flaw was perhaps the bill: for an osteria, the prices were a bit high, and €3 per person for the cover charge was a bit much for Pedemonte. The quality of the ingredients was really good.

21/09/2025: We chose this place to celebrate a birthday, but the experience was unfortunately marred by several negative aspects. The service proved to be the most critical point: slow, inattentive, and unprofessional. The waitress was unable to provide clarification on the dishes and showed clear impatience with our hesitation. The food, on the other hand, was decent. Although the truffle pasta lacked salt and the truffle flavor was weak, we enjoyed other dishes, such as the fried mushrooms, which were a hit with the diners. However, the portions of the ravioli with meat sauce seemed small for the price. The final surprise came with the bill. We had brought a cake for the celebration and, without any warning, we were charged €16.50 for the service charge. Our criticism isn't about the cost itself, but rather the complete lack of transparency. In summary: average dishes with prices slightly higher than expected, but the service definitely needs revising.

04/09/2025: Until recently, they offered table service. Now you have to order and pay at the counter, and then they bring your order to your table. Now I serve myself without having to pay for table service, since you still have to eat in the outdoor plaza. Vastly overrated! Very high prices, and they don't have any lactose-free products except granita. A tiny granita costs €3.50! Given your rude response, you've definitely lost your customer! I called your waitresses a couple of times, and they were annoyed that they don't take orders at the table, they just bring them. I don't call that table service. Also, get over it, everyone these days, even the excellent ice cream shop nearby makes lactose-free ice cream. Besides, I came to you precisely because they were closed that day. Goodbye!

26/09/2025: Truly a beautiful place, meticulously maintained in every way, from the food to the service to the location. Wonderful terrace. Choice of Neapolitan and Roman-style pizzas. Delicious supplì. Highly recommended!

25/09/2025: We went to this pizzeria one evening in August. We only had time to eat the fries. As the pizza arrived, it started raining, so we got up and didn't eat it. We stood there waiting for the rain to stop, trying to figure out what to do, but the waiters had no answers. There were people eating their pizza standing under the small ledge, others inside, crowded together. In the end, they made us pay the full bill.

26/10/2025: One of the area's leading AYCE restaurants has finally reopened. New management, friendly staff, and quality food mark this new beginning. Different lunch and dinner options, or à la carte options. The raw fish sushi and sashimi are excellent. I would also pay more attention to the Chinese selection, especially the first courses.

18/10/2025: We've only tried delivery for now, but we were pleasantly surprised, considering the average AYCE quality. All the products were fresh, and the cooked ones were still piping hot. Nothing was overpowering in flavor—not too much rice in the uramaki, nor too much Philadelphia, but rather balanced. We'd like to try the sushimi again on-site; we'll definitely be back soon.

14/08/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant, drawn by the positive reviews. We ordered peppered mussels, maritati scattirisciati, and, after confirming the freshness of the fish, orecchiette with turnip tops and shrimp. The mussels arrived already opened—which immediately raised our suspicions. And in fact, they had no flavor and a mushy consistency; they were not fresh mussels. So much so that we left them, and the same waitress confirmed that, if someone in the kitchen tasted them, they were "unworthy" and would not be included on the bill. The first courses arrived: the maritati scattirisciati were completely runny, while the orecchiette contained no shrimp at all: just three small shrimp, which I'd dare say were frozen given their lack of flavor. The bill: these delicacies, two glasses of rosé wine, and a bottle of water for a whopping €50. The first courses were €30 for two, but we didn't have a receipt, so I don't know how the remaining €20 was split. To top off the evening, the POS terminal WASN'T WORKING, and we had to withdraw cash to pay for this dinner, risking hospitalization. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

23/07/2025: Thanks to Chef Gianluca, we had the opportunity to appreciate the local flavors and his warm and professional customer service. Everything was excellent. We'll be back.

20/08/2025: We were there yesterday. A quick climb, and only a quick one. But hey...everything was OK.

14/07/2025: On Saturday, July 12th, I came in and asked for a coffee and a croissant, only for the girl serving me to tell me they didn't have croissants, only pastries, which was a good thing. I ordered a macchiato and an apple strudel. I WOULD NEVER HAVE DONE THAT! It was served on a plate, and the portion was very generous, but once I tasted it, my mouth collapsed. I don't know if it was because it had been a long time since I'd had an apple strudel, but that was truly delicious. Congratulations again!!!

20/08/2025: Both the ice cream and coffee were very good and of excellent quality. The place is in a very central location, literally next to the city cathedral. Highly recommended.

27/07/2025: The ice cream is excellent, but the small cup with two flavors for €3.30 seems excessive. The price list says €2.80. Perhaps there was a mistake, perhaps an unreported price change, or perhaps the increase is due to the fact that I paid by card. I received a receipt for two three-flavor ice creams for €3.30, so I won't be returning.

28/10/2025: A carelessness... with a happy ending When requesting a room, I quickly realized I'd misbooked the date. Thanks to the hotel's helpfulness, the mix-up was quickly resolved without any consequences for me. Kudos to their professionalism.

26/10/2025: We chose to stay at this hotel by chance and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel has been recently renovated while maintaining a classic, high-quality style. The location is convenient, along with private parking. The welcome was warm, kind, and very professional. Special mention goes to the restaurant, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy an excellent dinner at short notice. The breakfast is generous and features genuine, locally sourced products. The wait staff is very attentive and courteous. We highly recommend this experience if you're in the area. We'll definitely be back again.

17/08/2025: An excellent restaurant, with an excellent, typical Aosta Valley menu and extraordinary service. The courtesy is truly unique, and the wine cellar is superb. The atmosphere is refined, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail.

25/09/2025: Excellent experience at Ca' Rossa in Caldonazzo: Paolo's impeccable service, stunning lake views, delicious pizza, and a truly amazing shrimp and zucchini entree. The atmosphere is family-friendly and the prices are fair. Recommended!

22/09/2025: Very helpful service. Also wheelchair accessible. Dining room with a view of the lake. Two of the dishes were a bit underseasoned, but the bread was exceptionally delicious!

27/09/2025: On the real Margherita pizza, basil is on their plate. If you want it, you pay a €1 surcharge without the customer knowing anything about it. If you mention it at the cashier, they'll respond with an annoyed look (any changes are paid if you want them, and that's it) without mentioning the basil surcharge on the receipt, thus hiding their misdeeds. I won't be going back, and if I'd read the previous reviews, I wouldn't have gone at all.

18/04/2025: I've been getting takeaways for years and I've always found the Emiliano fried panzerotto fantastic...but after several orders it never arrived the same...so I started ordering a Francoso pizza...and I always get a mushroom and ham pizza...when the ingredients also include cream and parmesan...I advise the pizza chef to review the ingredients of the pizzas on the menu!

25/01/2025: A few months ago, I had takeout pizzas, and they were good. Two weeks ago, however, I had another pizza, and they were terrible. Not enough ham, not enough mozzarella, and tough artichokes.
