12/04/2026: At Trattoria Gracco in Montefiore, we had a truly special experience, one that stays in your heart. Nestled in the tranquility of the countryside, this trattoria perfectly combines simplicity and thoughtfulness: the atmosphere is welcoming, refined without being formal, and you immediately feel a family atmosphere that makes you feel at home. My husband, my son, my grandparents, and I were here at Easter, and everything was impeccable. The cuisine is a true highlight: traditional recipes revisited with creativity, never boring, and elegantly presented with attention to detail. You can clearly sense the attention paid to the selection of ingredients, all of which are of the highest quality and locally sourced. Each dish was a pleasant discovery, surprising in both taste and beauty. But what truly makes this place special is the harmony between cuisine, ambiance, and hospitality: a rare balance that made us feel pampered throughout the entire meal. We truly had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. A place I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking authenticity, quality, and a warm, sincere atmosphere. Francesca
