10/08/2025: The dishes were very good, very well made, but (in my opinion) I would prefer a little more flair from the chef, like some herbs or spices... The service was okay, although it could be a little quicker.

16/07/2025: The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is carefully prepared and of good quality. The place is welcoming, clean, and the prices are affordable. There's parking. I highly recommend it.

09/08/2025: Ottimo ristorantino a Bergamo alta, nella piazza in cui arriva la funicolare. L'ambiente è rustico ma molto curato, con tavoli di legno e pareti in pietra. L'arredamento è tipico ma ricercato. Il personale davvero cortese vi farà sentire a casa e vi illustrerà tutti i piatti, anche perché la maggior parte ha nomi locali e dunque serve una "traduzione".Il riso cotto nel vino tipico locale Valcalepio, ad esempio, è una squisitezza. Da leccarsi i baffi anche i casoncelli con carne e pancetta. Da provare la polenta taragna (ovvero con il formaggio). Impossibile non accompagnare il tutto con un buon vino.

27/07/2025: Locale Accogliente e carinissimo, molto pulito. I piatti tipici sono veramente ottimi il servizio non troppo veloce ma sicuramente competente. Il personale è gentilissimo.

10/07/2025: I attended a wedding at Martelli's, not my first time there, and as always, the service was impeccable. The kindness of the staff is the heart of the venue. We were served a variety of dishes, considering there were so many of us, and the quality and attention to detail were excellent. There was an open bar by the pool, and with dips, cocktails, and fireworks, the evening ended magnificently, leaving everyone with wonderful memories. If you're getting married, this is definitely a place worth a visit.

20/05/2025: I was in this place on the occasion of a communion and a confirmation. Beautiful, magical place, with a beautiful park. We enter a fairytale world. The menu is refined and simple. The welcome buffet in front of the park with a variety of cooked and raw "cichetti". Between polenta crostini with creamed cod, small sandwiches with salmon, excellent burrata mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, tempura vegetables, oysters and raw scampi accompanied by various types of wines and for those who don't drink fresh orange juice I would say sublime. Lunch from the starter, with asparagus and spider crab, lobster and mixed boiled meat with mayonnaise, asparagus and scampi risotto, baked turbot with vegetables, mixed desserts, tiramisu, coffee and good wine.

22/07/2025: An experience that would have deserved an extra star if the price hadn't been so high. The location is enchanting, inside a villa that's often the venue for events or weddings. The restaurant is an ultra-luxury establishment, even boasting a green Michelin star (for sustainability). The dishes are refined, and the menu is undoubtedly high-quality. The dish that made the chef famous, chicken livers with dark chocolate puff pastry, is one to remember. The only downside is the price, as it was more expensive than other restaurants with actual Michelin stars. In short, a highly respectable restaurant, with a menu that may not be cutting-edge but is truly top-notch, and for a few dozen euros less, it would have deserved five stars.

21/06/2025: Overall, extremely subpar experience despite some highlights. Food and service being the lowlights. Of the dishes we tried, 50% were inedible (e.g. mullet, grains). We also had two times where the portion sizes were drastically different between two people at the same table. The servers didn’t do anything about it. For example, the spaghetti portions had one that was 50% the other which was comically bad. Another artichoke dish one plate had 3 and another plate only had 2. Shocking how little attention to detail the restaurant had for being so expensive. The service was also extremely slow (which I can understand given they were busier), but with the price, our expectations were much higher. I don’t recommend anyone coming here because of the lack of quality control and training in service.

28/08/2025: We were regulars, but the quality has deteriorated. On Thursday evening, we waited over an hour for two farinatas and four pizzas: the farinata arrived raw and uneatable. When asked for an explanation, we were told that there were many takeout orders, but it's unacceptable that diners seated inside, who pay a cover charge, are penalized. Inconsistent service (one waitress was friendly, the other less so) and no sign of service despite the poor service. A place that used to be a reliable choice, unfortunately, we no longer recommend.

27/08/2025: Really delicious pizza, great selection, and freshly made. There were four of us, we ordered five pizzas and four drinks, and paid only €40 – a great price! It was quick, cool, and highly recommended.

22/08/2025: Very rude staff. I ordered a Delicata with tomatoes and the pizza chef's response was that if he heard me he would send me packing. I don't recommend it.

08/08/2025: The opening hours do not correspond to reality, you arrive at 2pm and you are told that it is closed, and not once has this happened... at least update so that someone can have clear ideas!!

24/07/2025: Esistono dei menù per alcuni tipi di colazione, come quella dei pancake ma non sono modificabili in nessun modo. Chiedere della nutella al posto dello sciroppo d'acero, piuttosto che un succo al posto della spremuta è stata una richiesta bocciata in maniera decisamente poco accomodante. Non vedo la difficoltà di aggiungere della cioccolata, direi che è più una presa di posizione che risulta poco educata e non attenta ai bisogni del cliente. Prezzi eccessivi per briosce e caffè vari.

22/07/2025: Slechte service, onvriendelijke en trage bediening. Lang gewacht. Na dat we het personeel een paar keer aangesproken hadden en nog niet geholpen werden, hebben we het terras na een half uur verlaten. Geen excuses niets.

08/06/2025: UPDATE June 2025: now you can pay small amounts with the POS! This news changes everything, rehabilitates this place making it a beautiful reality of the country. Intimate and comfortable environment, ideal for excellent breakfasts and aperitifs. large parking lot and in the center of the country (OLD REVIEW: They do not accept POS payments under €20. Unfortunately I cannot leave a positive review in a place where you are forced to withdraw money to pay. The place itself is very nice, but this lack will push me not to return)
