23/08/2025: Bad impression. Ordered a cake for 10 people for my son's birthday the next day. Naturally, there was no price limit, just the size, which therefore had to be large. The next day they gave us a cake that not even the Smurfs would have eaten. They insisted that "for them" it was a cake for 10. I'm from Rome and I've always ordered cakes for 10 that are just right. After a heated discussion, I had to settle for another, slightly larger cake that had been in the fridge since the day before. Party ruined. I'm now reading your response, which borders on a complaint for personal insults, and that doesn't mean I won't proceed in that direction. I am a respected professional and a polite person, as can be seen from the documents on various websites that deal with me. But that has nothing to do with it. If a customer complains about what they consider an injustice, you don't respond with arrogance (you do) "for us the cake..." (I repeat, Lilliputian) "is a 10"!!!! . Period. We're trying to figure out what the problem is and politely address it. The cake he replaced wasn't the same size at all, so much so that he had to change the box and get a larger one. As I was leaving your shop, two ladies approached me to confirm their shock at such treatment. Rest assured, I have no intention of ever setting foot in your shop again, even though your refusal would be subject to legal action. A commercial establishment cannot do so. Not only will I never set foot in your shop again, but neither will the many friends in Penna and Giove to whom I told the incident. Good things. It's still causing controversy. What you wrote qualifies you without further comment and shows who the rude and offensive one is. I don't understand how someone like you can work in contact with the public. I hope for your future customers that this unpleasant episode has taught you to be more polite and helpful. And with that, I'll end this controversy. I've said everything I had to say.

09/08/2025: Ci siamo fermati qui per il secondo anno dovendo alloggiare nel vicino hotel per spezzare un viaggio in autostrada. Ancora più buono della prima volta. Personale gentile e accogliente, cucina tipica con un menu non lunghissimo ma vario: carne pesce, primi e pizza. Fanno anche cocktail e tutto è preparato da loro con prodotti di qualità. Atmosfera rilassante ma non formale e prezzi nella media.

30/09/2025: An evening with friends. It's been a long time since I've been here. The service and the place have improved over time. Unfortunately, I don't appreciate the all-you-can-eat system... I think it gives poor customer service and a bad image of the place (personal opinion). Overall, a pleasant evening, great courtesy. Recommended.

02/11/2025: This morning I ate at this pizzeria for the first time. The dough was light, well-cooked, and with just the right amount of crispiness around the edge. A great discovery. I highly recommend the "manzi" pizza.

02/11/2025: We just went to this pizzeria. I hadn't eaten here in a while because I didn't like it. I wanted to try it again, but I realized the quality is always the same: poor. My pizza arrived burnt, very thin, and my wife's (scarpariello) was even thinner and completely wet! We ate because we were hungry, but we were very, very disappointed. At the cashier, when we asked what we thought of the pizza, the lady not only didn't bother to answer, but was only thinking about cashing in!!! This isn't real business, I'm sorry. This isn't the way to make and present a pizza.

04/06/2025: Breathtaking view that conquers in a heartbeat... I would like to point out that the conditions of the room where I stayed do not correspond to the asking price - many essential things are missing. The breakfast could be revisited a bit as it is very poor. Returning? Only for the view!

04/09/2025: We were looking for something to eat before lunch and were captivated by the smell of freshly baked pizza at this pizzeria. The pizza was very good, with easy-to-digest dough and a generous amount of toppings, and the supplì al telefono were excellent, even the freshly fried ones. A delightful discovery, and kudos to the owner and the staff.

31/08/2025: While on vacation in Silvi Marina, I discovered this fantastic pizzeria, where everything is incredibly good and very easy to digest. I highly recommend the onion pizza (haute cuisine!), as well as the ham and mozzarella calzones or the various pizzas. You're spoiled for choice. The kindness and professionalism are undeniable. Congratulations again! Well done!

09/11/2025: The owners are very kind and the food is excellent. The paccheri with sauce and meatballs are spectacular, as is the genovese. The arancini are also delicious. Only there is the dessert of such high quality. The quince tart and the lemon tart are delicious. In short, a fun evening with friends, with staff who pampered us in every way. Once again, a place that confirms its professionalism with an excellent quality/price ratio. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

07/10/2025: Excellent food, Neapolitan-style pizza, and other delicacies reminiscent of the region. The owner is always committed to offering quality products. The service is good, and the staff is attentive to customer needs. The atmosphere is modern and well-maintained, always clean. The restaurant opened a few years ago, but the owner has been in the industry forever, having come from a family of Neapolitan pizza makers.

03/11/2025: Good pizza, mixed fried foods, nothing to reorder, slow service even when the place wasn't very crowded, but they gave priority to takeaway, we had a table near the door, and they opened and closed the door, often leaving it open, which in the cool evening air wasn't pleasant, even if I pointed it out the situation didn't improve much. Good price/quality ratio.
