A good place for a short break from driving for tea or another drink. The food is poor, everything is prepared days in advance and reheated.

A pub on the slopes. Nothing to complain about. Relatively quick service during the ski season :)

An ideal place to enjoy excellent dishes from the hot table or quick snacks from the bar

Maybe it's hunger or the fatigue of skiing, but you can't eat like you do at a self-service restaurant anywhere else!

High prices but nothing special. There are much more interesting restaurants around the area. Very difficult to communicate with waiters

This is a hostel, not a restaurant. Prices and quality are adequate.

Lots of people, little space to sit, noise, chaos

Malga Panciana ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) A classic self-service mountain hut on the slopes, comfortable, easy to reach, and convenient when you're in the middle of a skiing day. If you're hungry and don't want to waste too much time, you can stop here without thinking twice. And that's probably its main strength. That said, the experience was decent but nothing memorable. We ate: • Farro soup, pleasant, simple, flawless but also lacking in brilliance • Polenta with cheese, proper, mountain comfort food • Mixed mushrooms, the best part of the meal, not bad, well-made • Sauerkraut, average Everything was edible, everything in keeping with the setting. But nothing that will stick in your memory. The real sticking point is the quality-price ratio. The side dishes, at €7.50, are decidedly expensive for a self-service option. In the end, we spent about €28 each, including water. It's true: we're on the slopes, and that has an impact. But it's equally true that elsewhere, spending the same or even less, I've eaten better. It's not a question of unrealistic expectations, but of balance. Here, the convenience is there, the view is there, but the quality doesn't entirely justify the price. In summary: ✔️ Convenient location on the slopes ✔️ Simple dishes with no major flaws ❌ High prices for a self-service restaurant ❌ Unmemorable overall experience It's fine for a quick stop, when the priority is to stop and go again. If, however, you're looking for something truly satisfying, it's not the place I'd choose.

There's a long queue during rush hour, but the stew and the shank are really good, I also recommend the strudel.

A must-see for a rest when skiing in winter and hiking in summer!
