25/08/2025: I recommend making a reservation if you can. My boyfriend and I only waited 10 minutes to be seated, but shortly afterward, the wait list expanded to 40 minutes. They also offer takeout. I ordered the red velvet and their coffeemisu, both delicious. It's a shame they didn't have the cubic brioche.

21/08/2025: Right next to our apartment and the Palazzo Vecchio. Great atmosphere, very friendly waitresses who speak Spanish and serve you instantly. A great selection of pastries, and they served me a delicious latte. One of the best I've had in Florence.

24/04/2025: Excellent food, tagliolini with fish is always a certainty. I always take it… The impeccable service, the care taken by the staff in the water, drinks etc. is very important. Every time you run out of water or wine, someone passes by and notices The environment is nice and intimate, it is not invaded by tourists, a more intimate place therefore frequented more by locals I imagine For a restaurant of this level, a further upgrade would be fabric napkins instead of paper…

17/08/2025: A restaurant in Giulianova, near the sea...just across the street. It's a large courtyard with outdoor tables, so it's only open during the summer months. Its specialty is its fresh fruit paired with gelato of your choice. The gelato is average, but the fruit is always super fresh! Table service is available, but it's sometimes inefficient. The bathroom is very small and sometimes lacks soap. Very suitable for children, but keep an eye on it, as there's a large, unfenced garden right next door. Fair prices. Definitely recommended for an alternative summer outing!

02/07/2025: A little out of the central streets of Giulianova, but still on the seafront. Very nice place frequented by children and adults. The fruit portions are generous and the service is excellent. The lighting needs to be reviewed because the LEDs around the trees disturb the view and the lamps get too hot.

01/08/2025: In vacanza a Noto, passando davanti al locale, siamo stati attratti da alcune delle proposte del loro menu, oltre che affascinati dalla vista che il ristorante offriva. Se temete di incappare in uno di quei posti "acchiappaturisti", vi sbagliate. Dall'accoglienza al conto, attenzioni, servizio preciso ma soprattutto cibo di alta qualità. Piatti tipici serviti in maniera semplice ma elegante, quantità decisamente soddisfacenti. Siamo rimasti talmente soddisfatti che qualche sera dopo ci siam tornati. Per nostra esperienza consigliamo : il cous cous con verdure, la caponata, la pasta alla carrettiera, le busiate alla pachinese e il pesce spada alla siciliana. Il titolare estremamente garbato, molto presente durante la cena,piacevole scambiare qualche chiacchierata con lui. Se siete a Noto e volete cenare in un ristorante in pieno centro,fermatevi qui.

21/07/2025: Personale gentilissimo, ma cibo non all’altezza, a parte la quantità troppo misera il sapore….i ravioli di cernia conditi con una salsa che era troppo zuccherata, non si sentiva completamente il sapore della cernia ma solo di zucchero; stessa cosa vale per il tonno in agrodolce…troppo zucchero; ultima noto dolente i prezzi, decisamente troppo alti!

07/07/2025: Expectations were not high, I read some reviews and I was dubious but given the view.. we decided to try it anyway. Luckily for us the weather was nice, they sat us on the terrace with a breathtaking view, we ordered 1 appetizer, 1 first course, 2 second courses with 2 side dishes, dessert, water, wine, coffee and bitter, 80 euros, a more than fair price. Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, I would have returned the following evening too.. too bad they are only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, for those who are passing through (and not) I absolutely recommend it. (The wild boar ragù is delicious)

02/05/2025: Di passaggio per visita al museo Lamborghini, eravamo in possesso di uno Smartbox. Seguiti da una Signora gentilissima (credo sia la proprietaria o comunque una responsabile), ci ha trattato come se fossimo clienti abituali. Cibo fantastico, non c'è stato nulla che non ci sia piaciuto, anche molto attenti ai bambini, ogni richiesta veniva esaudita con un sorriso. Se passeremo da quelle zone torneremo sicuramente. Anzi, ce lo siamo promesso!!!!!

03/08/2025: A surprise!!! We stayed one night for a technical stopover and this property was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was truly perfect. The new, large, clean, and quiet rooms. We also had dinner and chose a full evening menu. Everything was tasty and the portions generous. The appetizers were superb. We were already full from the appetizers. Beautiful location. We'll definitely return and stay a few more days.

04/07/2025: The place is suggestive for those who know how to appreciate the value of time, rustic and tools for agricultural work now pass away surround the farm. A cuisine now in extinction alas, abundant and tasty of every kind. To review the Google position, but it is easy to reach but the navigator will put you in difficulty.

17/07/2025: First time at Carpe Diem for Karaoke night: everything was perfect. We tried both the food and the pizza (being Neapolitan with pizza I don't allow compromises) and I must say that it was really good both in terms of the leavening of the dough and the ingredients. My wife had the fish and it was EXCELLENT. Friendly and fast service. See you next Wednesday. Well done!

15/07/2025: There's no point in leaving you a "theme" for a review; you absolutely have to try it. I can only tell you that dining on the terrace, enjoying the sunset with your special someone and the excellent food and atmosphere, is a must. Go, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
