09/05/2025: We are not from Rome, last week we were invited by my cousin from L'hostaria, as soon as we entered I was "enchanted and thrilled to watch" how with great skill they mixed and plated a pot of sublime carbonara. We were cordially welcomed and seated at our table after a few minutes even before ordering but with the wine already on the table we saw two tasting plates of an exquisite carbonara arrive. And well, my testimony is not only on the amazing taste of the pasta and refinement of the food, but above all on the ability to enthuse and surprise the customer with continuous attention. Well done!! You are an example to follow. Thank you!!

30/04/2025: The staff are always friendly and helpful, typical dishes of the Abruzzo tradition without forgetting the Roman tradition. Definitely coming back.

25/05/2025: This morning we went to Polaccheria for breakfast and unfortunately the experience was very negative. We found hairs in both the coffee and the water, an episode that, although rare, can happen. What really struck us negatively was the total lack of reaction from the staff. After having reported the incident to both the bartenders and the manager, no one even deigned to apologize or comment on the situation. An attitude of total indifference that denotes poor professionalism and lack of respect towards customers. Zero empathy, zero interest in the inconvenience caused to customers, as if we were completely invisible. A behavior that betrays a mentality that is not oriented towards service and respect for people. We would have expected at least a sincere apology. Instead we were shocked by the silence and the apparent carelessness shown. Hygiene and customer care should be absolute priorities in a bar. Unfortunately this experience will not encourage us to return. *In response to your reply: I would like to point out that the apology NEVER arrived, neither when we reported the incident nor at the time of payment at the cash register. The attitude shown by all the staff was one of total indifference. If you really feel "embarrassed" by what happened, this embarrassment was not even slightly evident in your behavior. It is curious how the apology is arriving only now, publicly, after a review. A professional attitude would have required immediate and spontaneous apologies, not justifications after the fact. Professionalism is demonstrated in times of need, not in superficial responses on social media. I confirm: this experience will not encourage us to return.

02/06/2025: After paying everything in advance, when the tray that accompanies the appetizers was delivered, we were told that it was not complete because they had run out of the necessary items. However, the price had been paid handsomely in full. We ordered two ace juices, but upon delivery we discovered that we only had one. All disappointing

10/06/2025: We discovered it by chance and were thrilled. We sat on the terrace with a beautiful view. The service was friendly. Since we weren't very hungry, we only ordered two appetizers. The salmon was excellent! We still have two weeks of vacation left, and we'll be going back very soon. The prices are reasonable for the quality.

02/07/2025: A lovely place in front of the sea with a familiar and enveloping atmosphere. Practically on the beach, on a promenade where you can sip a drink to the sound of music and enjoy simple but tasty dishes.

10/05/2025: It is the second time I have come to eat at Totù, both for an aperitif and for lunch and I can say that I have tasted really good dishes in general, a small, welcoming but very nice place close to the Milazzo seafront, we will certainly return.

10/06/2025: It may be a matter of taste but I preferred the classic focaccia. We had both the cheese and pesto version but we preferred the classic one with low dough, just the right amount of grease and crispy on the edges. 🤤 Very fast service at the counter despite the crowd, there are at least three people behind the balcony.

06/06/2025: My daughter often comes to have breakfast on the bar side of Mario's bakery...now I understand why, friendly staff especially the boy and the lady behind the counter, very good croissants and a quiet environment despite being in the middle of San Vincenzo. Highly recommended

26/06/2025: I had pizza inside Eataly. It was chewy and tasty, and I liked the casual atmosphere. It seems like a place you can just drop in and eat. First tell them what you want at the pizza counter, and they'll give you a receipt, which you can take to the counter with drinks and cakes and pay for them there. Then you go back to the pizza counter, show them your receipt, and you can get your pizza. The lemonade they had there was really tasty, probably only available at Eataly. But there aren't that many places to sit.
