11/08/2024: We booked last minute. My expectation before arrival was mediocre, but as soon as I arrived… PARADISE!! Unique welcome with explanations on everything that Salento can offer, a ZOO (because it is not a farm) with a variety of animals maintained with care and love, horse-drawn carriage rides, reserved parking lots and many in the shade, excellent care of the greenery, the silence... what silence, what peace!!! The swimming pool, available from 8:00 to 20:00, with salt water is A FAIRYTALE!!! Well maintained and with sunbeds and canopies complete with curtains. A bar open from 10am to 2pm and from 2.30pm to 8pm offers a good variety of drinks including small and pinza as well as drinks, cocktails and ice creams. We had a wonderful time. It was what we were looking for, one of those places to return to because there is passion and you can breathe it.

10/08/2024: I recommend this magnificent place, swimming pool, animals, spacious and clean accommodation, very quiet and the incredibly friendly staff, we will come back with great pleasure

19/08/2024: We stopped for dinner, very good burgers with a wide choice, in addition to the great classics there are also more particular sandwiches. Friendly and fairly quick service, we had to wait a little before sitting down because they don't take reservations and in this period the place is always very full. I think the quality/price ratio is average, perhaps the drink prices are slightly high, but generally acceptable, considering that I don't think there are many similar places in the area. Must try!

23/06/2024: Sempre una valida scelta il Bar La Strega, bel locale in cui sono tornato di recente per una sosta relax 😌 dopo una passeggiata 🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️ lungo le vie del centro. Abbiamo ordinato una Piña Colada analcolica 🍹, uno spritz alla violetta 🍸, una focaccia alle verdure da condividere e delle polpettine assortite con farcitura di riso e quinoa. Gentile la ragazza 👩🏻‍🦱 che ci ha serviti al tavolo. Rispetto alla mia visita precedente ho notato che all'esterno non è più presente la panca in legno con i sacchi di juta usati come cuscini, in compenso vi sono adesso dei barili metallici 🛢 usati come tavolini; bella anche l'idea di disporre dei libri 📚 sopra i tavoli come elemento d'arredo. CONSIGLIATO 👍.

23/06/2024: Thursday XVIII - VIII - MMXVI BAR LA STREGA ☕ - Via Cavour 11, 43036 Fidenza (PR) I stopped at this bar to drink a coffee ☕ as soon as I arrived in Fidenza. The macchiato is good 😋 (the foam is very rich, as I like it) and the girls on the staff are kind 👩🏻👩🏻‍🦱. Recommended 👍. Saturday XXII - VI - MMXXIV I also returned recently (last June 22nd) for a relaxing break 😌 after a walk 🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️ along the streets of the centre. We ordered a non-alcoholic Piña Colada 🍹, a violet spritz 🍸, a vegetable focaccia to share and assorted meatballs with rice and quinoa filling. The girl 👩🏻‍🦱 who served us at the table was kind. Compared to my previous visit, I noticed that the wooden bench with the jute bags used as cushions is no longer present outside, on the other hand there are now metal barrels 🛢 used as tables; The idea of ​​having books 📚 on the tables as a furnishing element is also nice. RECOMMENDED 👍.

05/07/2024: A few months ago it changed management and since I can't go out because I'm at work I always ask for delivery to the store. The kindness of the people who work there exceeds all expectations, the girl who comes to bring me breakfast is so polite that you almost don't believe it. Croissants, pizzas, aperitifs, lunch, all superb. Good guys! You are giving your best and it shows ❤️

09/08/2024: Having arrived in Varazze for a night's fishing we stopped in the Blackstone for dinner, an excellent place with qualified and friendly staff, excellent quality of fish, excellent wine as a great side dish! If I'm around there I'll definitely go to try something else. Advised.

07/06/2024: Been here regularly now whilst staying and working in the area. It is bar far my favourite place to come, the choice of drinks is great, the food is delicious but most importantly the staff there are incredible, really attentive and you can see the passion they have. Will continue to go there and I recommend all must go, their food is incredible especially the brownie for dessert!

19/08/2024: Unfortunately my experience was really disappointing. The service was terrible from the start: the staff seemed disinterested and not very attentive. We were not provided with cutlery because their formula does not provide them, but having cutlery for eating didn't seem like such an absurd request to me. It was not possible to choose the flavor of the pinsas, they replied that the kitchen would choose the ingredients. The pinse turned out to be a huge disappointment. The base was heavy, difficult to digest. I think the non-stop formula is far-fetched because it's difficult to even finish just one! I will not return to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a good pinsa and up to par service. I hope they improve, because so far the experience has been really bad.

The food is delicious, excellent raw materials and perfect presentation of the dishes, the service is impeccable, the dining room staff is friendly and classy, ​​explains what is in the dish and recommends the correct wine for the order placed. Furthermore, the quality of the food reflects that of the beverage, the fridge is full of renowned and refined labels, with a wide choice of the right bottle, well presented visually in the fridge and orally by the waiter! 24/08/2024: Se sei a Foggia e vuoi mangiare cibo tipico foggiano, questo é il posto che fa per tutti, ed é situato anche in centro Abbiamo provato l'antipasto con la degustazione dei prodotti tipici, abbondante rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Altro piatto tipico da provare assolutamente é la braciola di cavallo, credetemi la carne al sugo si scioglieva in bocca. Ottime anche le pizze. Promosso

24/08/2024: Riporto un increscioso episodio. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 10 persone per la serata di venerdì 23 agosto, confermato dal proprietario. La sera arriviamo e troviamo il locale chiuso. Proviamo a telefonare al numero del proprietario ma non risponde. Ci siamo trovati insieme ad oltre una quindicina di persone nella nostra stessa situazione, addirittura due gruppi avevano una torta, suppongo per festeggiare una ricorrenza. Guarda il caso però, nella serata dello stesso venerdì 23 (quando eravamo già fuori), il proprietario ha messo su FB un avviso (tardivo) che il locale sarebbe stato chiuso per mancanza di camerieri: benissimo, ma perchè 2 giorni prima hanno preso la nostra prenotazione e hanno continuato a prenderne altre (visto la gente che c'era oltre a noi) per poi rimanere chiusi senza neanche un messaggio su wathsapp copia&incolla? Un'inamissibile mancanza di rispetto verso i clienti nel non comunicare la cosa: potevano telefonare a chi aveva prenotato (un professionista, nel prenotare un tavolo, si dovrebbe segnare cognore e numero telefonico del cliente, giusto?). La nostra conclusione è un totale menefreghismo nonché totale mancanza di rispetto e di professionalità.

We discovered it by chance on Google and I can't help but leave a review... everything was absolutely wonderful starting from the location surrounded by greenery and far from everything and everyone, hospitality, kindness and absolutely perfect and exquisite cuisine... they use raw materials of their own organic production and it's all homemade. I can't wait to go back! (we also cooled off in their pool😎🙌🏻)
