02/06/2025: Truly wonderful family owned cafe serving great coffee and gorgeous pastries and cakes, baked on the premises daily. The bombe was exceptional. Plus, incredible value, two coffees and two cakes all for €5.20. Can get very busy, there's a reason for this, but well worth the queue!.

25/04/2025: The restaurant was really welcoming and the atmosphere was lovely. I tasted some delicious dishes, prepared with the freshest ingredients. Every bite was an explosion of flavours! The staff were very kind and helpful throughout the evening. I recommend everyone to try this culinary experience. Can't wait to go back soon!

The place could use some updating but is still well kept.
There is a wide choice of pastries and mini pastries as well as cakes and semifreddos.
I got a pasta with ricotta and raisins and it was good.

01/05/2025: Ma lo chiamavan "Drago" e per gli amici era un mago. E dopo avere provato la sua "pizza cresciuta" come accompagnamento di salumi e formaggi ci siamo convinti che nemmeno al bar del Giambellino avrebbero da ridire. Se non siete allergici ad anice, rhum, vermouth, alkermes, vino e Marsala siete perfetti per apprezzare questa prelibatezza, che rende anche felici, leggeri e spensierati. E non so perché.
Provare per credere.

Excellent assortment of wines, beers and spirits. Furthermore, from that small kitchen come excellent dishes and delicious breads/focaccias without neglecting the depth and preparation of the staff behind the counter.

03/06/2025: Every now and then I try to go into this pastry shop again for a cappuccino but unfortunately I have never been satisfied, making a good cappuccino is not easy but here it is practically a caffe latte and often comes out of the cup, therefore the presentation is not great in addition to the fact that you risk getting dirty.
The desserts on the other hand are very good.
The place lends itself to a nice atmosphere but
the hasty staff does not put you at ease.

Dal ricco antipasto al dolce, ogni portata ha esaltato la qualità dei prodotti del Barigadu: ricotta fresca, pancetta croccante, cipolle caramellate, fegatini di pecora, ravioli, gnocchetti ricotta e zafferano , maialetto e finocchi arrosto, seada e un digestivo finale👏👏👏👏👏
