22/03/2025: I celebrated my graduation here, a place that takes your breath away thanks to its garden overlooking the sea. What can I say, it was a successful evening! Everything was perfect, Villa Garbo is a jewel by the sea, I received a lot of compliments from my friends from the north who came for the occasion. Thanks to all the staff for making everything perfect! I'll be back soon.

13/10/2025: An excellent restaurant but the portions are slightly on the small side and a little expensive, even with children the price is the same.

12/10/2025: Very large place with very cheerful decor. A wide selection of dishes, and the pizza, in particular, is very good.

06/09/2025: We stayed at this delightful and well-maintained hotel. We were captivated by the friendliness of the owners and all the staff. The property was renovated a few years ago, was spotlessly clean, and since we booked half-board, the food was excellent. And what can we say about the breakfast? Overall, a highly recommended hotel. Thank you for making this holiday unforgettable.

10/06/2025: Excellent ice creams, quality raw materials. Empathetic staff, with few exceptions. If you want to consume a good ice cream on the fly, this is the right place. Check the opening hours, to avoid surprises.

25/05/2025: Craving for ice cream, not being local, I look on the internet and it indicates this ice cream shop as one of the best. I ask for a cone with 3 flavors + cream. €7 and something. I paid without saying anything but honestly what I will remember will be the SALTY price and not the creaminess of the ice cream.

04/09/2025: Quite a commercial place. The pastries are artisanal, good, and in line with expectations. The coffee shop and the rest aren't up to par (low-quality coffee and cappuccino), and the pastries aren't well presented by the staff. The service is average, polite. They get busy, so they don't bother with passers-by. I won't return, given the wide selection in Milan. Price is in line with expectations for Milan.

Pair it with a V60 specialty coffee from world-class roasters (think Dak from Amsterdam) and you're in heaven! Staff are friendly, passionate, and genuinely love sharing their creations. Bonus: once a month, they host French-themed dinners with top-notch wines. Prices are fair for the quality you get. Bottom line: L’Île Douce isn’t just a café, it’s a little slice of France in Milan, perfect for croissant lovers and coffee nerds! Since opening, L'Île Douce has earned a special place among my favorites, not only in Milan but around the world! As soon as you enter, the atmosphere is reminiscent of a true French boulangerie: the counter is overflowing with croissants, Viennese pastries, and top-quality pastries, all prepared with great care. The croissants are the real highlight: fragrant, buttery, perfect with custard, and every seasonal offering is surprising from the first bite. 09/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria and restaurant, well-designed and organized with tables and chairs, including outdoor seating. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value and service. Located just steps from the Regbi del Calvisano stadium, with ample free public parking. Recommended for everyone. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

04/09/2025: Pizzeria located in the center of Matera. Very friendly waiters and very good fries. I gave the pizza 4 stars for two reasons: 1- We ordered three pizzas: a Margherita, a salami pizza, and a sausage pizza. The Margherita and sausage pizza were good, but I found the salami pizza a bit salty. 2- Although the pizzas were good, after about 20 minutes I felt like I hadn't eaten anything. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

13/09/2025: La Regina in Vizzolo offers excellent pizza, seafood pasta dishes, and a variety of well-prepared dishes. You can dine in for lunch or dinner, or order takeout. During the holidays, they offer a convenient set menu, perfect for sampling multiple specialties at a reasonable price.

04/10/2025: I find €2.50 for a paper napkin and disposable placemat to be crazy. Prices are generally high, but there's no denying the quality of the food: authentic Neapolitan dough, incredibly easy to digest, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, is the foundation of the rest of the service. The pizza selection is extensive, as is the kitchen, but I never get to try it because the pizzas always make me want them. The place is poorly maintained (including the bathrooms) and rather tacky, objectively in line with a true Neapolitan restaurant. That said, the flaws don't detract from the rating because the food is objectively very good. Some waiters are very professional and polite, others decidedly less so.

03/10/2025: We had a nice dinner, although we had trouble choosing given the extensive pizza menu. We had a solid pizza, although it appeared to be made from whole wheat or spelt flour. The salad looked carelessly presented, but tasted very good. The service was overall okay. The waitress was nice. The ambiance reminded us more of an old saloon than a pizzeria.

14/09/2025: We were recommended this place by a local friend. Finding a parking space wasn't easy. The place is quite busy. The food was very good; we only had pasta and a pizza. The fish was absolutely rave about it, but we didn't try it. There's no view or anything; the place is in the middle of town and nicely decorated in a rustic style. It has various booths perfect for couples. We'll be back. 😃 Next time by bike!
