Bread was fresh and they were very generous with the portions. The seafood pasta was delicious but it was far too al dente for me. We chose to share the Catch of the Day dish which wasn't flavourful. What we did appreciate was the service and the attentiveness of the waiter who split the dishes for us. The presentation of the "extra" items was a delightful surprise - 2 glasses of aperol spritz basket of bread and the free dessert. However, they did charge a cover charge of 10 Euros for two people. The menu selection was sufficient and the prices were reasonable and competitive to others. The ambiance was awesome both indoors and outdoors, you have a choice of sitting in a very uniquely Venetian setting.

To sum up the whole experience – average. I actually went there out of pure curiosity. The food is tasty here, I have nothing to complain about, it's just – tasty. Nothing more. The prices are quite high compared to the competition a few meters down the street – the portions are quite meager; for a normal "peasant," you'd probably have to order double everything. Lots of unnecessary extras, which is why the "coperto" of €5 is charged per person. For two pasta dishes and nothing else, the final price was €62. The culinary experience itself – ordinary, the atmosphere average, the decor unremarkable. If the price were much lower, it would definitely be okay, but for that price, you can eat much better in many places. Would I go there again? Probably not :)

Fantastic evening!
I went to this restaurant for my boyfriend's birthday. I had a raw fish appetizer, followed by a busara and a Sacher torte.
Everything was delicious!
The staff was kind and attentive, especially the waiter Dorino, who entertained us with his humor.

Had an early dinner, 4:00. The restaurant was empty, but open. We had the sea bass with roasted vegetables and an artichoke on the side. The pino gregio was excellent. We were offered bread sticks, bread and olive oil. The food was perfecto. For desert we had tiramisu and we were offered lemon cello complimentary. A wonderful meal and time

An excellent venue, well-known and popular for several years now. Although it's also visited by tourists, it's also a regular among Venetians who appreciate its ambiance and the courtesy of its staff, as well as its owners, who have a long history in the restaurant business in Venice's historic center.
