I'm revising my review after the change of management... and I have to say the quality has remained unchanged, with the menu still all-you-can-eat. Everything is the same as when Stefano was there, but now Matteo is there and he manages everything excellently. Well done. Regulars should try it and believe it.

Really good ramen, congratulations! Tasty, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The rest of the Chinese cuisine, like udon and ravioli, is also all good! If I had to find a flaw, it might just be the slowness—the service isn't the fastest—but maybe that's a good thing because everything is made to order, or not? Anyway, we'll definitely be back! Forget the AYCE formula of the past.

A welcoming, refined atmosphere, far removed from the usual all-you-can-eat restaurants. The atmosphere is almost intimate, with refined furnishings. The kitchen offers many variations of ramen, but not only that. The menu also features vegetarian and vegan dishes. Classic Chinese staples, such as egg rolls and dumplings, are also available. The staff are friendly and quick—well done! The food is good, well-prepared, and served promptly, especially at lunchtime when work is tight. And the ethical project behind it is very good and, above all, seems to be well-executed. Well done, I recommend it.
