No way!!! This place has incredibly bad Sakaki Bar, I don't understand why it's the 50th largest restaurant in the world, it's really awful, the buffet is also terrible, the environment is awful, I just can't go there!!! ❤️❤️🤩🤩

went in search for a chill couple of aperitivos after a very long day and found the most delicious aperitivo buffet alongside a crazy and curious drinks menu! freni e frizioni was recommended by so many online sources and rightly so - the drinks were fantastic, the music was brilliant, service was friendly, helpful and so welcoming, was filled with locals who clearly know where its at, and was an all-round perfect end to the day.

I came here by chance. I came here for a quiet dinner and a drink. Super friendly and professional staff, perfect for a lovely evening and a great drink. A very beautiful and original place. I recommend it.

I was looking for a lively, local bar with serious cocktails and some food options, and Freni e Frizioni delivered. This came recommended, and it turned out to be a great call. The cocktail offering is strong. A deep selection of spirits behind the bar, well-constructed drinks, and everything executed with precision. I started with a Negroni, balanced, clean, exactly what you want. I also had a pour of Nardini Grappa Riserva, which was smooth, warming, and a great way to round out the experience. The staff really stands out. Friendly, engaged, and on top of things. They actively welcome people in, and there’s a natural flow between the bartenders and guests that makes the whole place feel alive. The space itself has real character. Between the layered bottle displays, the marble bar, and the slightly gritty, sticker-covered elements, it feels authentic and unpolished in the right way. Not staged, not overly curated, just a place that grew into what it is. While talking with the bartender, he mentioned that on weekends the line is out the door, and that it’s been ranked among the top bars in the world. That tracks. Everything about the place supports it. Bottom line: a lively, high-quality cocktail bar with real energy and personality. If you’re in Rome, it’s absolutely worth a stop. And ideally… keep it a bit of a secret.

We went on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. Luckily we found a place at the bar. They are making very nice cocktails. The barmen were very friendly. They said even one of the owners is working as a barmen himself. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the cocktails and the overall ambience. We had great time.

I had the pleasure of enjoying these cocktails as a guest at Punch Room Edition Ginza! There were only four types of cocktails offered exclusively for the event, but they were all delicious, and before I knew it, I had tried all four. The TICKLE PICKLE, in particular, was refreshingly sweet and so delicious that I would have loved to drink several while strolling around town or on the beach during the hot summer!

Place that deserves to be among top 50 cocktail bars in the world. Unique ambient and service for the superb well made drinks. Must visit if you are real cocktail lover in Rome.
