22/06/2025: I came with my family, hoping to visit this spot together, but we were met with an incredibly rude and unwelcoming attitude. The man working there wouldn’t even allow us to step inside, just an obnoxious and dismissive tone. We asked politely, yet he responded with unnecessary hostility. We never got the chance to try the food because the customer service was, quite frankly, one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Being treated like a nuisance rather than guests was deeply disappointing.

27/06/2025: Extraordinary location. Probably the Best in Gallipoli. Good food and well presented. The problem is the service. Three of us end up at a table for two while there were larger tables free. Courses served at different times, mine arrived together with the first course of the other diner with all the dishes still on the table. A disaster. A real shame because a place like this deserves much more.

27/06/2025: End of June, half-empty restaurant: 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting for 2 first courses that never arrived because after the long wait we got up and left. The raw fish appetizer was nothing special (good tartare, shrimp and scampi below average for Apulian raw fish). Low quality/price ratio: €70 for 2 raw fish appetizers and 2 glasses of wine. I recommend ordering the day before if you want to eat in decent time.

07/06/2025: La location è bella, appena arrivati il servizio non è stato dei migliori avevamo prenotato il tavolo fuori ma per l'indisorganizazzione ci hanno messo nel tavolo interno. già per apparecchiare ci hanno messo 10 minuti e ancora di più per l'attesa dell'ordine, le bevande ci hanno messo 30 minuti per arrivare un ordine è stato perso ed è arrivato un'ora e mezza dopo l'ordine ( la carne era stata richiesta al sangue ed è arrivata con una cottura media ) Tutto il cibo è arrivato più di un'ora dopo l'arrivo delle bevande, il pollo all'interno dell'hamburger al pollo, il pollo era semplicemente cotto, va specificato se il pollo era imparato oppure no. Fortunatamente il dolce è stato offerto dalla casa, ma ci mancherebbe altro. In conclusione il servizio non è tremendo di più. In conclusione si sono fatti perdonare offrendo dolci per 10 persone con caffè e amari. Buonanotte alle ore 23:44 stiamo cercando di pagare per della lunghissima fila davanti alla cassa.( ps il caffè si offre nei nelle tazzine non nei bicchieri dell'amaro

20/06/2025: Il locale è molto piacevole, la sala ben arredata, adiacente a un dehor inaspettato e invitante, è un bel biglietto di presentazione. Su cucina e servizio si possono esprimere solo belle parole ma è nella cantina che questo ristorante si distingue e lo rende di....nicchia. Una cantina che parte dall'ingresso in cui una "cantinetta" di dimensioni notevoli mantiene alle giuste temperature una varietà di bottiglie che già di per sé materializza una carta dei vini impressionante. Ma è al livello sotterraneo con le volte a botte realizzate con mattoni a vista che si rende omaggio alla tradizionale architettura del piemonte vincolo. Qui convivono più di 600 etichette selezionate fino ai livelli di eccellenza internazionale. Insomma competenza e passione encomiabili!
