24/03/2024: (REVIEW ONLY RELATING TO THE RESTAURANT) Finally, after years of hearing positive things about it, I managed to organize a Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday. I must say that expectations were amply rewarded. Restaurant (and rooms) on the rolling Osiman hills, with a view of Conero between Osimo and the hamlet of San Biagio, clean, well-kept, with large internal and external spaces surrounded by gardens, crops, orchards and farmyards where farmyard animals roam freely. Abundant dishes with homemade flavours. Pasta all homemade. Traditional meats from the Marche region. Fragrant and sincere local wines. Fast and friendly service despite the rooms being full of diners. Prices still competitive. Applause! 👏🏽

30/03/2024: A lovely place for a dinner. You should book a table upfront! The starters are fabulous. The kindness of the owner is amazing. We had a really great time and enjoyed the food. Highly recommended!

We were lucky enough to have lunch and dinner for a few days being on the island for work reasons....what delicacies, from the starter to the dessert, everything was delicious. Impeccable service!!! 18/03/2024: Sunday lunch without reservation, the offer of dishes is good, the one in the cellar is a little less so. Beautiful location. All tasty and digestible. Much courtesy but the opening of the wine could be improved.

29/11/2023: A place with particular furnishings, it really feels like entering grandma's house and I really appreciate this. Wide choice of wines and dishes, I ordered a spinach-based dish which unfortunately was unseasoned but otherwise everything was excellent, recommended.

30/03/2024: What a scam! We payed 15€ for ONE ice cream. The ice cream itself was good, but the staff abuses the amount of tourists who are coming over after visiting the famous Pantheon in a way you can't even imagine... The music also made it seem like a discotheque and the staff was so busy with the overload of costumers that the price seemed like some crazy kind of taboo. Wouldn't recommend.

24/03/2024: It pains me to give a negative review, but I have to be objective. I had booked the pizzas for 9.15pm and they were given to me at 9.40pm. Prices well above average for pizzas well below average. Average. Poor pizzas, low quality ingredients and poorly seasoned pizza in general. It looks like a toast. The place inside is pleasant.

23/03/2024: We went for lunch today and I must say the place is beautiful, clean and with attention to detail. The impeccable service attentive to the customer and in the display of the dishes. Excellent dishes from starters to main courses. I advise!!

12/03/2024: I went again to this nice place in Monterotondo. I ate very well. The fish is very fresh, the owners are fantastic and the waiters are very kind and attentive to detail. I will be back soon on the 23rd of this month to celebrate the birthday too. The prices are excellent. Please try the myrtle

25/02/2024: Diciamo che se il servizio ed il posto rispecchiassero il bell'ambiente, sarebbe stato meglio. Mia mamma è intollerante al glutine, dopo aver chiesto una birra senza, le hanno portato una normale doppio malto. Purtroppo se n'è accorta dopo un paio di bicchieri. Il cameriere ha ammesso che già se n'era accorto invece ma ha fatto finta di niente nella speranza, a suo dire, che sperava non succedesse niente. C'era il rischio che mamma finisse al pronto soccorso. La mancanza di professionalità è a dir poco deprecabile.

30/03/2024: I go there often and I must say that both the bakery and the bar have excellent quality products all made by them. The problem is table service, in recent months we haven't really gotten there, at least as far as breakfasts are concerned. Few staff serving tables, a single person taking orders is not enough for a place that is always full and has both internal and external seating. If you go, expect to spend at least 30 to 40 minutes waiting there to consume even just one cap. Also considering that the prices are not among the most popular I would say that something should be revised. Paradoxically, the staff behind the counter is also too friendly, in fact you will be served immediately. I remain of the opinion that if you want to be a quality place this must be found in both the products and the service you offer.
