01/10/2025: We were passing through, in a hurry as always, and with one mission: to find a good coffee and something sweet that wouldn't disappoint. Then... the surprise. A delicious brioche, pizzas so tasty they made us forget all about our rush, and a well-kept, welcoming place with that touch that makes you want to stay.
And there I asked myself: can a casual stop become the highlight of the day? Spoiler: yes. Even for someone like me, notoriously hard to impress 😉

02/11/2025: I've been to this pizzeria several times with friends, and what can I say... I'm absolutely thrilled! It was a truly wonderful discovery!
Small pizzeria, but not too small, very casual, with delicious pizza!
I really like thin-crust pizza, and it's a little hard to find one that isn't a cracker, but here it's possible!
Fresh ingredients, helpful and friendly staff, and a friendly pizza chef who's always available to answer any questions or requests!
I'll definitely be back!

07/10/2025: We arrived as two families (4 adults and 2 children) on Sunday around 6 pm just for an aperitivo. Total bill: €50. And, I repeat, a bowl of chips and a bowl of taralli. My son goes to the waiter and asks if (after the second round) we could still have chips. They refused, saying they were out of chips. A rather sad response, especially given to customers who were, in fact, eating. Disappointing.
Very nice atmosphere, but given the treatment we received, I obviously don't think we'll be back.
06/10/2025: Very nice and welcoming restaurant. I had a truly remarkable braised cheek. The service was fast and attentive. The breadsticks they brought with the bread were truly extraordinary; I could have eaten 200 of them.

31/10/2025: Unfortunately, what I ate wasn't to my liking. I was looking for a stuffed pasta, but it was all frozen. The same goes for the desserts. I don't recommend them.
30/10/2025: I'm always impressed by the price and quality. The quality is much better than tourist standards for Italian food. Great prices, even for fresh lobster (€20), but you can also get pizza for €4.50. I really like the chef; I have a vacation home there.

30/10/2025: Our room are big with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The room is very new and comfortable bed. The location is in the middle of city. They provide private parking with short walking distance. Breakfast is so good at their restaurant and they have brewery and craft beer that so delicious.
We went in Aug that is summer. The hotel has no air conditioning and it’s still quite hot at night

28/09/2025: We come here once a year, not being from Genoa, and we always find a welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and excellent beers.
Highly recommended!
19/08/2025: Italian (though Polish :)). "Amateur" style, but with a wider selection of dishes. We had drinks, beer, and a digestivo, and it was fantastic. We also got great tips on what to see in Genoa. I highly recommend it!

18/11/2025: Rustic atmosphere, affordable prices, basic menu. Just don't ask for truffles, because they'll be served poorly and infrequently. That is, don't expect the waiter to grate the tuber over your tagliatelle... it's all a jumble of pickles. Go for cured meats, cheeses, and grilled meats.
01/11/2025: This restaurant was a wonderful surprise for its fast and attentive service, the quality of its products, and its value for money.
I'd say it's one of the last truly Italian restaurants... I recommend tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles, and a Florentine steak... paired with the house wine, of course!

09/11/2025: I often go to Dulcamara, the rooms are very clean and tidy, the waiting staff is hasty and pays little attention to the customer, the food, I would say, is disinterested, the food is good but with small portions and managed in a clever way, a few years ago it was not like this, everything was taken care of even in the details, and the staff is attentive and very kind. I hope it returns to the splendor of the past.
27/10/2025: A wonderful place run by people who know how to make it special.
Every meal is carefully prepared and delicious, thanks to ingredients from the garden.
A must-visit in any season.
