05/07/2025: Located inside the enchanting Castello di San Marco, Giardino di Pietra restaurant offers an elegant atmosphere, attentive staff, and exquisitely crafted dishes, both in taste and presentation. The baccalà with mint ice cream; Shrimp tartare and the red snapper crusted with cuttlefish ink, served in a clam and saffron reduction, deliver a refined and intriguing balance of flavors. The highlight of the evening was the Pluma pork, accompanied by a garnish of sea urchin and other delicate elements an absolute must try delicacy. To finish, a Sicilian herbal liqueur served with star anise and rose petals provided a truly unforgettable ending. Definitely, I will back!

25/04/2025: The pizza with raw escarole, if I remember correctly is called peasant, has olives that have the classic smell of canned olives... you have to use good olives otherwise it's better not to put them... water costs too much.

25/06/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A corner of paradise for vegans (and not only!) I went to this pizzeria by chance and I must say it was a real discovery! The place is welcoming, clean and furnished with simple but refined taste. The staff is kind, smiling and available to recommend the specials of the day. The menu is entirely vegan or gluten-free, with many creative options that go well beyond the classic margherita. I tried a four seasons pizza: simply delicious! The ingredients are fresh and you can taste the quality in every bite. A special mention for the homemade desserts: delicious! I recommend this pizzeria to everyone, even those who are not vegan: you will be surprised by the goodness and imagination of the dishes. I will definitely go back!

08/06/2025: Pizzeria on the outskirts of the center of Treviso, which also offers vegan and gluten-free options. There are 3 vegan pizza options currently on the menu: Eraclea (tuna, onion and Taggiasca olives), Casier (tofu, olives and spinach) and Silea (potatoes, dried tomatoes and asparagus cream). I tried the Eraclea pizza and I liked it very much. Even the gluten-free dough, apparently thin and crunchy, turned out to be very good. Plus: the summer garden, ideal for an aperitif before dinner I recommend it above all for its inclusiveness and the owners' desire to increasingly satisfy everyone's needs.

03/06/2025: We arrived during the town festival so it was a bit chaotic but honestly the food was average nothing more didn't impress me, kind and helpful staff. The risotto was nothing special the ravioli were good the rest was so-so.
